 + -1 moreThe work done appeared very well done and there has been no leaking and good water pressure in the house since the repair. When I called for their estimate however, I was told it was $65/hr. for the labor and he was here for a little under 1.5 hours. When a got the bill however they were charging $170 for labor alone. I called and they said there was an additional fee for their driving out (which I was never told about) and that the plumber billed me for 2 hours of work. I told the women he was only here for a little under 1.5 hours and she was nice and corrected that error. The transit charge she said was just standard and they wouldn't refund for their error. All their non-part costs on the bill is just lumped into one line item titled "Labor" so you never know what exactly is lumped in there. All in all, their work seems very good, just be very careful about their billing practices!
Description of Work: Replaced two small galvanized pile sections and a copper section where a washer had clogged the main water line in.
