ALWAYS CHEM-DRY

I almost never call companies that I haven't been referred to by someone who has used them before. My husband and I needed to have our master bedroom white carpet cleaned that was spoiled with sangria red wine and grape juice. With that I felt that we would consider contacting a carpet cleaning company, thinking deep down inside that the carpets would never be able to be cleaned to my satisfaction and that we would have to replace it. I started with another company that I found out of our local advertisement booklet and I can across this large elaborate add, with tons of coupons. I called them and they came to our home and gave us an estimate for $380, which was not what we were told over the phone. We were told this charge was because they were going to apply an extra chemical treatment and that we would have to pay a $10 gas charge. Of coarse I was upset, escorted them out and told them we would not be needing their services. At this point I was frustrated and I was searching through my desk drawer and stumbled across a postcard that had been in there for several months. The post card was from Always ChemDry (Donald Ross). I immediately called Mr. Ross. He was very professional, polite and caring over the phone about the issues I had with my carpet. I asked if he could come and see the carpet, before he cleaned it. He agreed and came that same evening to look at the carpet. He told my husband and I that he could clean our carpet and other areas of our house for $135. He came that week and worked on the carpet for hours. He finally called me to come and take a look, when I saw the carpet I almost cried because the carpet looked brand new. I believe I said to him "I could hug you!". It was unbelievable, I could not believe I was looking at the same carpet. When my husband saw it he felt the same as I did. We paid the same price that was quoted to us, though I felt that the job was worth way more than that. We highly recommend Mr. Ross and felt that we should share this story. He saved us hundreds of dollars, not to have the carpets replaced.

The technician who answered the calls and came out to do the carpet cleaning job was also the owner of the company! I initially left a message requesting an estimate and my call was returned in about 24 hours. Donald was on time and very polite. He did a very thorough job of cleaning the carpet in my home. He took his time and did not rush, paying extra attention to the higher-traffic area that was somewhat stained. I was charged just what I was quoted over the phone. My carpet now looks almost new compared to how it was before Donald cleaned it! I would recommend this company to anyone needing their carpets cleaned!

As mentioned above, Donald Ross provided the best quote. He came to my home that very day and was extremely professional. He spent hours working to get this 8 year old sofa that had never been professionally cleaned looking like new. He succeeded. I was thrilled. He even kept to his original estimate. I already made plans for him to come back around the holidays for maintenance cleaning. I highly recommend using Always Chem-Dry. Donald Ross exceeded my expectations.
