They did a great job removing the old cast iron furnace and replacing it with a new one. They mounted it from the ceiling to keep it off the floor, to eliminate water damage. They also replaced the water heater.

This company was an absolute pleasure to work with. They are super personable, fair, timely, and professional. I did not have any negative experience with this company from start to finish. I highly recommend them for any needs!!!

Mike and his team were on time for our project and did an excellent job installing our new central air unit and offered us a great price. Very personable and was very easy to talk to and work with for our project. His wife Kathy also made the process of scheduling and receiving the warranty and service plans very easy. Mike and his team did an exception job, as always. They replaced my AC Unit after calling them 24 hours prior. They were personable, gave recommendations, and even modified the release of my sump pump water on the exterior of my house for no charge. They have serviced my AC and Furnace for years and will be servicing my house for years to come. Highly recommended!

Very skilled, knowledgeable, and respectful. Answered all my questions. Got a boiler replaced and water heater installed extremely quickly. Will be signing up for the annual maintenance plan plan. They explained everything that I need to know and what not to touch. Very respectful in every manner.

NEEDED TO REPLACE 25 YEAR OLD HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS. GOT 4 QUOTES FROM VENDORS, WAS IMPRESSED BY THEIR ATTITUDE AND APPARENT HONESTY AS WELL AS COMPETITIVE PRICING. THEY TORE OUT THE OLD, INSTALLED THE NEW AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

What a great company! Father and two sons. Responded to my request at 5:30 am. 10 minutes after submitting it. Committed to be by the house at 9:30. Texted at 9:05 to say they were 10 minutes away. Arrived early, went straight to furnace, repaired and all is great. Done in less than 30 minutes and only charged for what they did. $65.00. Super honest, super nice, and no scams. Rare with furnace and HVAC. Thank you!

I would give them 10+ stars if I could.. they were very friendly and professional and very very fast.. our furnace died and we were without heat, they worked with me and helped with financing and got us a new heater installed in a couple days.. I will definitely be use if them again ..

I am new to the York area and spoke to several different contractors. My central air system broke down and it was in the middle of the horrific heat we were having this summer. Because my home is an older house, the furnace had to be replaced, as well as the central air unit. After speaking with about four different contractors, I found Absolute Comfort. Kathy was my initial contact, through phone conversation. Not only was she helpful but knowledgable as well to my situation. She said she was going to have Mike call me directly to get more info. After speaking with Mike, he and his father came to inspect the situation. Not only did they give us a quote, for more than half what the others wanted, he took care of everything. They ordered the furnace and the central air unit. They confirmed with us that we approved of the models. The communication was of the utmost I could have expected. When they came to install everything, they were professional, caring and experienced. They explained everything to us, in detail and answered every question we had, no matter how minute it may have seemed. They gave us complimentary service maintenance, for both units. We heard a noise a few days later, called them and he was here to check it out, within two days. Nothing was wrong. It was merely the way the air pushed up on the vent. Three days ago, our water heater broke. Again, not knowing anyone in this area, I called Kathy to see if they could recommend anyone to us, for repairing and/or replacing our water heater. She informed me that Mike and his father also do this type of work. She had Mike call me directly again. Let me please mention that this was a Sunday and he still took the time to call me, not once but three times we spoke that day. The warranty on my water heater was still good, but in order to purchase another one I would have had to go to a different location to get it because the York store did not have one in stock. Instead of making me take the old one back to York, drive all the way to Hanover to get another one, Mike and his father offered to purchase one, from his distributor for me. He immediately ordered it and was here on Tuesday to remove the old and install the new water heater. I am in my mid 50's and I must say that in all the years I have had to deal with these types of situations and/or contractors, I have NEVER felt so much compassion, caring and flexibilty in payments from ANY other contractor. If you want someone who not only has the knowledge and expertise to fix your issues, in your home, but also want someone who is going to care after the work is done and be there to help you through it, then you most definitely need to give Absolute Comfort a chance. I would highy recommend Mike & his company to anyone for any type of home repairs. Last but not least, I would like to send out a huge THANK YOU to everyone at Absolute Comfort!!!! What a wonderful world this would be if we had more businesses such as this one!

Excellent all around! I would highly recommend this awesome father and son duo. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix my air conditioner problem and work around our buy schedules.

This is the third year for our AC unit. During last week's heat wave, the unit stopped working. We phoned Mike about 4:00 pm. He apologized that he couldn't come out that evening, but rearranged his schedule to come out at 8:30 the next morning. He knew that one of us had health issues and did not tolerate excessive heat well. It was a 15 minute fix and the unit was running again. Because the unit was still under warranty, there was no charge. A really good experience for us and we appreciate the excellent service. Thanks very much! Carol Sullivan

I can't praise this company enough! Last summer my AC conked out in July kicking my house up to almost 90 in just an hour or two. Mike was able to quote me a reasonable price, with a warranty, and get me back up and running in no time at all. He is professional and friendly and I've already referred him to two other people. I will literally never go anywhere for any HVAC needs but here. Oh and he's a retired Marine which makes him even more awesome in my book.
