When the crew arrived onsite, we showed them a few areas we were concerned about and they were very responsive to our requests. I was surprised how quickly they worked and the driveway looked great when they were done. I would hire again

 + -1 moreMr. Sipe came over in the summer of 2016 and gave me an estimate. I couldn't hire then due to other projects being done. I called in June 2017 and scheduled it for July 2017. The quoted price was the same. The two workmen showed up as scheduled and went right to work. They worked a good two hours and did a great job. I even told them they were Blacktop Sealing Artists. I gave them a tip. I am very pleased with the job. It just makes my place look so new!

 + -1 moreThe job went fantastic, they used a blower to clean off anything that may have been on the driveway then hand brushed the coating on the driveway. The entire driveway was gone over, not one spot was missed. I was amazed at how clean and professional the men were. The put cardboard down on the street so nothing would drip or spill on the road. When they got to the end of my job they but a carpet mat down to step on and clean there shoes so nothing was tracked in the yard. I would highly recommend Sipe's to anyone looking to have a seal coating job done. They are clean, neat and work hard to give you a great job. A big thank's to people at Sipe's for understanding the situation I had happen to me and for them being quick to respond and do my job.
Description of Work: I called Sipe's Driveway Sealing on 10/22/2015 in the morning to see if they could seal coat my driveway being another company was a no call no show for me. I explained to them that I booked a job with Shue's last week, on Tuesday I was called informing my my job would be done on Wednesday. I was home all day waiting for Shue's to show up. They never came to seal my driveway even after I made phone calls and text messaged the company. Thursday 10/22/2015 morning I tried contacting Shue's one more time getting no answer or call back. Needing my driveway seal coated I contacted Sipe's informing them of the situation I had just experienced. They were so nice but told be they would have to check to see if I could be worked in as they were very busy. I received a call back within 15 minutes letting me know they could fit my job in and they would send out someone that day to estimate my job. When they arrived about 1PM they measured my driveway giving me the estimate. I was pleased so I let them know they can do the job. At that time much to my surprise they asked if I wanted it done while they were already at my house. I of course said yes, moved my vehicle out of the driveway and Sipe's seal coated my driveway that same day.

 + -1 moreMy initial call was returned within one day and the work was scheduled within a reasonable time. The crew showed up exactly on time. They cleaned the driveway and cut in along the edges. They even had to work around a travel trailer that was parked at the end of the driveway. They took great care not to get any on the house or the trailer. The men were very courteous.

 + -1 moreWe were extremely pleased. Scott did this while we were away. He did it at a lower cost than other companies and his work was much better than the work done when it was sprayed on 3 or 4 years ago. I will definitely hire him for other properties that I manage.
Description of Work: Cleared along the edge of the driveway, put a small cold patch in where needed, filled major cracks with hot rubber, and brushed a sealcoating over the entire driveway and parking area.

 + -1 moreThe company responded quickly to my quote and gave me a price immediately following their assessment. The employee who did the quote was professional and cordial. He explained their application process and assured me that the driveway grass would be edged, that all other vegetation would be cut back and that the driveway would be blown off before sealing. The quote also included the filling of all major cracks with hot asphalt sealant. They showed up when they said that they would and they performed all of the work as they had previously described it. They did a beautiful job and all employees were professional and pleasant to work with.

I think that was very thoughtful of them. We accepted the quote and asked him to do the work. Scott Sipe was punctual. He came with 2 other associates and they resealed the driveway. Excellent work, they took care of the edges and the corners. Very happy with the work and the outcome. I'll definitely use them again for the same work.

 + -1 moreMr. Sipe was punctual and courteous. He even accommodated us when we requested our date of service be pushed back a week. When he arrived, he and his partner got right to work. They edged the driveway and cleaned the driveway off all debris and dirt before they got started. Mr. Sipe and his partner then hand sealed the driveway with a squeegee and didn't spray it on. This ensured that the sealant went on the driveway and not on the house or in the yard. They went above and beyond and even filled in some cracks in our driveway, which was not part of the contract. The cost was the same as the estimate and he was happy to take a personal check. The driveway still looks as black as the day he sealed it, and I think it will stay that way for sometime. I would recommend Sipe Driveway Sealing for all of your driveway sealing needs.

 + -1 moreThis is the 3rd time I have had Sipe's seal my driveway over a 10 year period. They brush it on instead of spraying which makes for a much neater job. I would not consider even calling anyone else to do my driveway. They are very busy ,but worth waiting for. The weather dictates their schedule but Scott will get you done as son as possible. I highly recommend them A++

 + -1 moreI am submitting this review even though Sipe's haven't performed the work yet. I called and received a pleasant female voice to receive an estimate. I got a call a few days later from Mr. Sipe with the price. I didn't have to be present for his estimate. I met and talked with him about his work and the method he uses.I made an appointment but had to cancel as I am getting other work done and couldn't have the driveway tied up until it was completed. Mr. Sipe said to just call when I am ready and the price will remain the same. He is very personable and friendly. I see his sign on many driveways and have talked with people who are pleased with his work. I look forward to my new coating in the next month.

 + -1 morethey cleaned the driveway and edged the grass before they started. Once it was dry enough they applied the seal coat with a brush instead of spraying it on. Once they were finished they cleaned up and taped off the driveway.
