It went great

The job went well, they did what they said they would do and removed all debris. They also called me immediately with any questions or issues that came up especially they had when they tried to diagnose the clogged gutter.

I did not hear back from them; they are very unresponsive.

He was very friendly. He was professional, and he was able to explain the situation and he made immediate estimate the day that he came out. He came out quickly. He was an all around great guy.

Robert came out and confirmed our own preliminary diagnosis that our problem was not leaky plumbing, but porous grout. The splash back from the shower was getting behind the tile, and causing the dripping water. Robert was very thorough and spent nearly 45 minutes checking the plumbing, tile, etc. That narrowed down the problem and proposed a solution. He did not try to up sell us (i.e. did not suggest regrouting the entire tub area, just the specific problem area). Janice sent us an estimate over email. Very reasonable, and we scheduled for a few days later. All calls were promptly returned. Robert and Carlos were about 2.5 hours late from the agreed upon start time, although Robert did call and tell me they'd be late. The work was completed in one day, and is very nice aesthetically. The caulk was neat and Carlos cleaned up all the mess. There was a slight mix up about the agreed upon price ($250 vs. $300), but they honored the original quote of $250. Overall, very pleased.
