Yardley Kitchen Bath

Description of Work: Had a microwave installed, they were extremely efficient, showed up in the time frame promised and were very pleasant. I thought the price was a little high for a microwave but my guess is that is the going rate which I probably would have paid anywhere else so no real complaints.

Description of Work: Complete kitchen remodel. John Carlson is a consummate professional. He has a team of wonderful craftsmen who were prompt, courteous, excellent workers and superb in every way. Mr. Carlson helped coordinate every piece of this project and gave great guidance when I was unsure about a decision point. It is difficult to pinpoint one area of excellence over another. It has been a pleasant and stressfree experience. My husband and I could not be more pleased with our association with Tinkerman's Construction.

Description of Work: I used Tinkermen's Construction to gut and remodel a bathroom.

Description of Work: Set appointment for 4pm today and no one showed to provide estimate for bathroom renovation

Description of Work: Master, Junior Suite, and Hallway bathroom remodeling. Tub/shower combo in MBR converted to stall shower, Junior Suite shower enlarged , all other fixtures and vanities replaced, floors stripped and re-tiled. Exhaust vents added to all 3 bathrooms.

Description of Work: I had Tinkerman's Construction Inc replace full bathroom: tub, shower, toilet, sink and floor. Additionally, I had them do a 1/2 bath: toilet, sink and floor and flooring in the downstairs laundry room.

Description of Work: We had a complete gut of two of our bathrooms. (One immediately after the other) with replacement of both floors, tub surround and shower surround in both bathrooms. All the fixtures and cabinets were also replaced.

Description of Work: After flood damage of the entrance hall, powder room, kitchen and laundry, we contracted with Tinkermens to do the repair: Remove existing cabinets, soffits, end wall, and appliances and countertops for re-use Remove wall to left of fridge Repair walls at baseboard as necessary from flood damage Install Yorketowne cabinets as per new layout Keystone maple ROSELLE mocha platinum Install over the John cabinet in powder room Re-cut granite for cabinet left of stove Re-install countertops and appliances Install Ambiance premium undercounter cabinet lighting fi/^ Install 6recessed light with halogen bulbs on dimmer circuit Install CUSTOMER'S pendant lights over island Install 1/2" cement board as floor tile substrate Install and grout CUSTOMER'S ceramic floor tile, trim, and threshold Install new baseboard moulding T/0 as necessary Install and grout CUSTOMER'S ceramic tile backsplash Install CUSTOMER'S ped lav and commode in powder room Install CUSTOMER'S misc. accessories, repair affected walls as necessary and remove all waste. John was easy to work with, easy going, helpful, giving good advice, mindful of our budget, patient. The work was started on time, the workers were hardworking, careful and helpful. Delivery of materials was on time and well integrated. The quality of the work was superb. John does a lot of the work himself. This interaction with a contractor was an enlightening experience after all the horror stories I have read about contractors. I cannot recommend Tinkermens highly enough!
