Description of Work: In late April or early May I called Mack construction for an estimate on repairing our front entrance. I called them due to their high rating on Angie's list. A representative of Mack construction (who I assumed was Mr. Mack) came and inspected the job. He said he would contact us regarding the work within a few days. That was our last contact with Mack construction. They never called back. Whether or not they were interested in the job I think the professional thing to do was to inform me of their decision.
