+ -1 moreI've reviewed this provider before, but I've had her come several times since and I just wanted to follow up to say she is still amazing. She cleans things I never even thought she'd notice. She has very high standards of cleanliness. It can be hard to get on her schedule, but that's for good reason - she is the best around.

Description of Work: Full house deep-clean. Everything seems to have gone quite well. The cleaner was a little late arriving but did let us know via email she was running late. We didn't keep an eye on the cleaner all day, but she seemed to be working very hard when we did run into her. She stayed for about 8 hours. Our house has never looked cleaner.

Description of Work: Melissa is very professional and does a wonderful job. Her rates are higher but worth it to us. She is a one-woman service, which is what we preferred. Only downside is that if she is not available for some reason there is no back up, but that comes with the territory. Highly recommend her.

+ -1 moreAfter performing a search here on Angie's List I was very impressed by the reviews so I called the number listed to see if Melissa could come by for an estimate. I got her voicemail so I left a message but by the next week I hadn't received a return call so I sent an email. She finally responded to the email the next day but told me she was currently booked. I later realized I hadn't even mentioned the frequency I was looking for so I sent another email specifying those details and she responded only that that would be easier to accomodate - a one-liner, apparently no serious interest in pursuing the business. Still, based on the reviews I thought it was worth at least meeting with her so I wrote to her asking when she might be able to come by. She said that she wouldn't be able to come out until later the following week, either Friday or Saturday, and that she only had one day open in March for the actual cleaning. I said that was fine and to please let me know as we got closer which day she would be coming. That last correspondence was on 2/11/14; it is now 2/28/14 and I never did hear back from Melissa. Very unprofessional and definitely not someone I would want in my home.

+ -1 moreMelissa is wonderful and a pleasure to do business with. She's an extremely hard worker and leaves no stone, or spot of dirt, unturned. She is by far the most thorough house cleaner we have had and pays special attention to tough areas like bathrooms and kitchen. She also brings her own cleaning products; the only thing we supply is the vacuum cleaner. Melissa is pleasant, punctual and easy to talk with. She's very comfortable and at ease in our home (but keeps her focus on her work). It's also wonderful that she's a dog lover and owner which means no worries with our dog in the house while she cleans. They get along great! Melissa is not inexpensive, so cost-conscious consumers may think twice. But know that you will get incredible value for your dollar. Melissa earns every penny. Go with No More Worries, you won't be disappointed.

+ -1 moreFor my birthday, my parents gave us money to have the house cleaned. My husband and I both work and we have a 16 month old son, so while we can generally keep up with tidying the place, time to do a good cleaning on the fans, corners, and baseboards is hard to come by. We aren't in a position to hire someone on a regular basis, but once or twice a year it is really nice to have a good, thorough cleaning done. I contacted Melissa in late November after reading several stellar reviews here. She came to our house to look around and give us an estimate. She wasn't able to schedule us until late January, and after I saw my house post-cleaning I understood why (aside from the holidays when everyone's schedule is pretty full). It was absolutely sparkling. I had seen the word "meticulous" in someone's review and was skeptical, but that is the right word. She cleaned every nitpicky thing I could think of, as well as things I didn't think of and things I never expected. She even cleaned our toaster oven! And I didn't have to go around the house putting things back in their place, she had done a great job with that. This woman has a gift. She was friendly, punctual, and extremely hardworking. She cleaned for close to 10 hours. I will absolutely call her again in 6 months or so to do another cleaning like this.
Description of Work: Deep, spring-cleaning style clean, including ceiling fans, baseboards, windowsills, etc as well as regular housecleaning.

Description of Work: Melissa was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry, and came by the following day (a Saturday!) for an estimate. She was even able to schedule an appointment within the week. She arrived about 50 minutes later than our originally agreed time, but that was because she needed to stop for new supplies. I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, less than 1,050 sf. She was cleaning my home-- without stopping-- for over eight hours! She scrubbed and cleaned crevices and areas of my apartment I did not realize existed! She even cleaned my toaster to gleaming (like new!); and this toaster oven had been crusted with chicken nugget grease, etc. and I thought it was a lost cause. She "edge" vacuumed the rooms before she vacuumed "regularly"; she cleaned all the baseboards (something that is usually extra or has to be requested). She scraped hairspray residue that the apartment complex did not clean off from the previous tenant (ew) off of my countertops and toilet with a razor! She was extraordinarily thorough in the bathroom and kitchen, which is very important to me, and my entire apartment is sparkling, clean and sanitary. When possible, she used eco-friendly products, which I appreciate since I have children and a dog. She was professional and friendly and I feel that the money I spent was WELL worth it, for the time and effort she put forth for this initial cleaning. She is a perfectionist who takes pride in her work. I highly recommend Melissa and her company for your housecleaning needs; I am considering her for a regularly-occurring housecleaning appointment.

+ -1 moreMelissa's first cleaning took ALL day and she never stopped. She cleaned things I forgot needed cleaning! It's like having a Spring Cleaning every 2 weeks. If she wasn't such a sweet and kind woman, her cleaning standards could be intimidating. Definitely an excellent choice

+ -1 moreMelissa was very meticulous in cleaning our kitchen. She cleaned every inch of the refridgerator and stove top, scrubbed the insides of cupboards, and wiped down every surface in the kitchen. She was just as thorough with the powder room. For the hardwood and tile floors, she vacuumed and mopped them--along with the baseboards. She is not the fastest cleaner, but she is excellent and very detail oriented. If you're looking for a quick and superficial cleaner, she's probably not for you. For deep cleaning, however, she is great.
Description of Work: Melissa, the owner of No More Worries, cleaned our house today in preparation for the walk-through for selling the house tomorrow. She did a thorough cleaning of the kitchen and powder room, and did floors throughout the rest of the 3000 sf house.
