Description of Work: I know nothing of Long and Foster in general and can only discuss Susan Azar, who is associated with their South Jersey Office.Over the years I have owned several homes, and thus have interacted with several realtors, both as a buyer and a seller. A few have been disappointments. Some have been servile, had poor communication skill or in one case had marginal competence. Susan is none of these. When I had to put my home in Haddonfield up for sale a friend strongly recommended her. I was told she was efficient though with a somewhat aggressive manner in telling her clients what had to be done to make their house desirable . I believe her advice and suggestions were excellent. Early on she was able to reduce my local tax ( for the following year.) At the time of writing, after 2-3 weeks on the market, I am still waiting for a buyer, but I have maximum confidence in her ability to seal a deal if anyone can.
