They were the least expensive quote, but it was still too expensive for me to go through with the project, and they needed the entire garage cleared. However, they were courteous, prompt, and east to get in touch with.

I called then stopped by the office they have on US 1, Lawrence Township. THe salesperson took the garage door opener I had and was able to replace it with a new one. This transaction tok 45 minutes and the opener worked for many years..

We used the Lawrenceville location off Business Route 1 in New Jersey. Our sales person was knowledgeable and patient. Have had no problems with the products.

The door was installed and was not the color we wanted it to be. We had some problems along the way. It took longer than we expected, and we weren't provided exactly what we were expecting. There seemed to be some problems in communicating with their business, and they didn't seem to want to take responsibility for their mistakes. I would not recommend them.

The salesman came to my home to provide an estimate. He was very helpful and knowledgable, took his time to explain all my questions, and provided plenty of literature and advice. He brought to my attention a broken pulley on an existing door which was a serious safety issue and had a technician come out the next working day to fix it. The new doors I ordered were a premium product with a long lead time but they arrived when they said they would. A minor complaint is that I called them to find out if the doors had arrived ; they should have called me. The installer arrived on time. He was neat, pleasant, courteous, and answered all my questions as the work progressed. Another installer came at the end of the day to help finish the job and clean up. The installation was .done well and all debris was removed.

They are very professional with everything. They actually sent someone to measure the home. I have given them a deposit for the first half of the project.

Jammer Door (Lawrenceville office) installed a new carriage-like garage door at my home in mid-July 2011. The salesperson, Tom, was professional and responsive to calls and questions. Two installers appeared at my house on the day/time promissed and completed the work within the time frame expected. The quality of the work is excellent and the door itself quite nice (no pics, sorry). I checked with a friend in another state who is in a similar business and he indicated that the price I paid was reasonable all things considered. Definitely recommend!

Contacted the company and received a quote later the same day. Scheduled an installation date. Insatller arrived on time. Installer went to work and a few hour later he was done. Installation is clan adn works perfectly. Insatller cleaned up after his work so there was no debris left. Overall a very good experience.

It was a special door to be fixed. He came a bit earlier, than the scheduled time. He fixed, aligned and bolted a few nuts and didn’t charge me anything extra for the special doors. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

It went very well. They did a great job and getting the job done in a short amount of time. The door works great and is of top quality. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.
