 + 1 moreThis is the 4th year we have used Clear View and again as they have every other year the job was perfect. Brian and his crew are always professional. Once they complete the job you would never know they were there, except for the clean windows, the cleanup is excellent. Clear View is one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with. Brian's main concern is making his customers happy and I must say he always does. Excellent job both in his quality of work and his professionalism.
Description of Work: They did 40 Windows on the inside of the house, 36 windows and skylights in the pool room and also 2 mirrored walls.

Description of Work: Clear View is owned by a polite, professional young man, who knows how to do things right. His crew is cleancut, polite and thorough. We had the whole house power-washed, windows, screens and sills cleaned. Also, driveway, stoop and walkway power-washed. When here for the estimate Brian gave me a custom, printed, itemized estimate, detailing every aspect and price of the services.And the actual experience was even more positive than the estimate. When in the house the crew wore booties over their shoes, to avoid tracking in dirt from the outside. The job was both expert and professional. Upon completion Brian walked me around and through the house to inspect the work. A little more elbow grease was needed to take care of some spots on the garage door, but it was quickly taken care of. The whole job was the best experience imaginable. But with a little blip- |Somehow the pressure washing damaged the motor of the radon remediation outside, short-circuiting the circuit that controlled all outside outlets, our freezer in the garage, telephone and internet. Brian tried with all he could to find and fix the problem, but knew it was beyond his area of expertise. At his expense he sent an electrician who found the cause of the problem. Our radon remediation installer then came out and repaired the system. Brian would have paid for that also, but that great guy wouldn't charge anything for his work. Brian assured me when we discovered the problem that he would hold my check until everything was resolved, and he did. I could not ask anything more of a service provider than what Brian gave. I would give him the highest approval rating, and recommend him to anyone without hesitation. The brownies he sent with a thank-you note are certainly no reason to hire anyone, but they sure made my grandson happy!

 + 2 moreBrian was wonderful to work with from the very first phone call. He was professional, organized and meticulous. He came out on Sunday with his crew. They were here at 8 sharp as promised. Six people worked for 5 hours straight. They cleaned our house, deck, skylights and windows (inside and out) and screens. They were phenomenal. The whole crew was very courteous and respectful. Each team member that came into our home introduced themselves and put on shoe covers. Brian was more obsessive than I am. For the last 45 minutes he walked around our house like a drill sergeant making his crew redo things that were just a tiny bit imperfect. I am so happy with their work. The cost of around $1200 seems very reasonable for all that they did. In the back of the house some of the windows and skylights are 3 stories up and yet they look just as good as the ground level ones. Remarkable.
Description of Work: Brian and his company power-washed our house and deck. They scrubbed the gutters and downspouts and got them cleaner than they've been since we moved in. Our composite deck was covered in green mildew and now it looks perfect. They cleaned every window and skylight in our house inside and out. They also removed and cleaned all our screens.

In fact he called and came to the house early to beat an afternoon rain storm that was coming. His estimate was perfect. He did some extra cleaning some of which he informed me would be a little extra (very reasonable) and some he did for nothing. He and his workers were pleasant, professional and efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

From start to finish, Brian was exceptionally professional, meticulously surveying our property, making valuable suggestions, providing a very detailed written quote and following up with us to see if we had any questions. Not surprisingly, the services Brian and his crew performed for us were just as top-notch! The windows sparkled, the house (aluminum siding which is tricky to clean) was beautiful and the gutters and white garage looked like they were just painted, they were so white. Honestly, our home looked years younger after Brian and his crew were finished. Even after completion of the job, Brian urged me to call should I have any questions or concerns. Clear View is a first rate company and I will happily use them again and recommend highly!!

He managed to schedule the work right away although we had a tough deadline. He came out twice, once for all the outside work and then for the inside work. He was very punctual, polite and respectful and he and his crew did an absolutely fabulous job in spite of a torrential rain! A+

 + 0 moreFrom initial estimate to finishing the job I was very pleased with Clear View. Brian was very prompt in returning calls and keeping us posted wiht appointments. He was meticulous in supervising the work being done as well as making sure that cleanliness is maintained by his crew. All the windows and the inside frames are spotless, very pleased. The outside stucco had stains from light fixtures that I could not remove. Clear View got them out along with some other power washing areas and the outside appearance is nice again. While the work was being done there was some minor collateral damage that occurred which Brian offered to pay for. However it was very minor and really no one's fault so we told him to forget it but I sincerly appreciated his offer to make good. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, commercial or residential.

Brian showed up promptly at the scheduled time and performed the job in a timely fashion. Brian took care to make sure nothing in the house was disturbed or soiled from his cleaning. He wore the covers on his shoes when he entered the house. First time my windows have been cleaned so well. This was an excellent experience.

 + -1 moreThey arrived ontime, were very professional from the start to finish. Our home has many windows and double doors and the pool area has many unusual windows. They went right to work and completed the job in about 4 hours. When they left you would not have know they were there. The windows were beautiful. This is the first year we used this company after using another company for many years and having problems with them, we were not sorry, Cleanview was very impressive, very competive in their prices and we will be using them from now on.
Description of Work: Window Cleaning.We have a fairly large inclosed pool area with catheral ceilings and sky lights, which the work they did cleaning them was outstanding along with the rest of the house.
