I took advantage of the TruClean deal and purchased a 4 hour cleaning service as a gift for my daughter-in-law who was expecting her second child just before Christmas She decided to wait till after the rush of the holidays to redeem her gift and decided to have the cleaning done just prior to the christening of her new baby. She was expecting a large crowd at her home afterward and was thrilled to not have to worry about cleaning! TruClean worked with her to try to set up the best time that would work for her and her schedule. The young woman who was sent to clean was extremely pleasant, polite and very thorough. Great service, would certainly use again and am happy to give them a thumbs up!

There were no problems. Everything went ok. They did cost a bit more than I excpected, but it was a big job. They left a few parts of the pool behind.

From start to finish this has been a great company to do business with. Alex who manages TruClean has been very responsive to calls and very professional. He got things started off on the right foot. From there I just can't say enough about Lesia and the quality of her work. She picked up on things right away that our previous cleaners had missed and she gave me a reasonable price for the amount of work to be done on a large family home. Lesia shows up promptly and gets the house clean with good old-fashioned hard effort and hand scrubbing. The place has never been cleaner and with us having three dogs that shed, that says a lot. TruClean may not be the cheapest house cleaners but they are an excellent value for the quality of work done, you get what you pay for. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Extremely pleased with all work performed. I do not live in the area, and Alex provided constant updates with pictures, e-mails, and phone calls.

Lesia comes every other week to clean my 2 story house. She is the personification of professionalism. She is punctual, does a very good job and is very patient with me due to a medical problem I amdealing with.

We received several bids for this project and Trueclean was the best price. They started the job on Thursday and completed it yesterday. The workers were professional, clean, and respectful of my home. The finished product looks wonderful and the workers did a great job at covering the carpeting when painting and did the best clean up job.

On initial contact we were very impressed with Alex and Martin. Alex spoke well of the process and assured us that they could do the work in a single day. And Martin inspected the job from the basement and the powder room and seemed adept at this kind of job. Their price quote was within our range and they were friendly. At the end of the day, the toilet is functioning and the floor is ready for us to cover. It is the work we requested. Along the way, we were a bit disappointed because a number of times it appeared that the workers were not as knowledgeable about their task as we had hoped. As a result the labor took longer than anticipated, though it was still done in a day and though Martin came upon some things he wasn't quite expecting, we were not charged extra. Mainly I was not happy when they left and I realized the mess left behind. No drop cloths had been used and sawing was done on my porch and all the sawdust was everywhere, removed boards were left leaning up against my porch. However, Alex was more than willing to correct this condition and sent Robert to clean up. He vacuumed, took away the wood and cleared the mess from the porch. No additional charge. I am not sure when I will be looking to have any other work done. If I find myself in need I may call TruClean again and see what they have to say.

Lesia is extremely thorough and very kind. She is very open if I need to tell her something. She has a good attitiude and does a great job!

Excellent and we will use them again. We have a large one bedroom apartment. They were prompt, punctual and accurate when quoting us. They arrived on time on cleaning day. A pleasure to deal with.

Overall, my first housecleaning experience was good. When I bought the discount coupon online, the cleaning company called me the next morning to schedule my appointment. He was very polite and accommodating. I was surprised that they could fit me in so quickly. The cleaning person that was assigned worked pretty non-stop during the four hours. She was very friendly and receptive to my cleaning requests. Having them provide their services has really freed up time for us to do family things. I think I will be scheduling their services sometime in the future.

The communication was outstanding with excellent follow-through! The service provider called within an hour of our requested information and an appointment was set up at our convenience. They were thorough in their overview of the project and cautioned us on our choice of product to make certain all features were considered by us and compatible with our lifestyle. A new sink and toilet were ordered for the project. The shipment arrived shattered in hundreds of pieces and had to be reorder. This caused the schedule to be adjusted which was done in a timely fashion and the project proceeded promptly once the replacement shipment arrived.

They are very good workers. They were on time and professional. They care about their work and the small details they took care of means a lot. I will recommend them to everyone and anyone.
