I was honest with them about the first floor being very dirty and was given the price of $500. With that, I expected the two apartments to be clean. I went in and had several issues with the things that were not even touched. They did however meet me there and completed the job.

Workers were prompt, polite, completed job in allotted time, and were very neat and respectful of property. An excellent job wwas completed.

Once we set up a time that worked, it went well. Worker's main language wasn't english, so a little barrier but we seemed to communicate.

Very well. Their advice steered us in a direction other than that which we originally had. They were professional, on time, polite, and did super job. True attention to detail.

I was skeptical at first about using someone from Angie's list, but after reading all of the reviews for this provider, I decided to give it a try. I was thrilled from the first phone call with Alex. I was most impressed with the fact that he answered his cell phone when I called. If I ever left a message, the call was returned within the hour. Alex was very flexible. I live over an hour from this particular rental property and also have a complicated work schedule. He had no problem meeting me in the evening and on weekends. I found his prices very reasonable and his invoices wonderfully detailed. I am taking my former tenants to court for damages and his invoices will be perfect. All work was done on a timely basis and there was constant contact with Alex. I gave Alex an initial deposit, then Alex insisted on a full inspection of all improvements. I then paid for the repairs, the cleaning was done, and final payment for that portion was made. I did call Alex about additional things I wanted handled, and he never complained about my many phone calls or taking care of additional things. Everything was handled in a very professional manner. It was a;so refreshing to have no worries about someone working on an out of town property. I did not need multiple contractors. This was truly one stop shopping! aa I plan on using this company for future repairs on this property, my personal home and another rental property. I spoke with Alex on the phone and we set up an appointment. I stressed that time was of the essence since we had already purchased another house (I had been looking for months and finally the right one came on the market so we decided to snap it up) and we needed to get our house on the market as soon as possible. We made an appointment for which he showed up promptly with his contractor, Robert. We did our walk-through and Alex got back to us with our estimate within two days. I interviewed another contractor as well. Although they were very pleasant and knowledgeable they were slow to get back to me with the estimate and were slightly higher than Alex. Robert and Raphael showed up for work the first day at about 4:00 PM after having worked all day on another job. Although this may seem strange, the fact was that Alex and Robert had really done some creative scheduling to fit me in. I was very thankful to have them no matter what time they showed up. Robert and Raphael came in, got straight to work and worked steadily the entire time they were here. They were very pleasant to have around and Robert and I developed a great working relationship. He would text me if he was running late. We went to the store together to pick out supplies he was going to need to get the job done. He was able to come up with creative solutions and was generally just great to work with. Additionally, I kept adding things to the list and this was never a problem. Robert and Alex decided I was quickly becoming their "Best customer ever". I have many friends in the area who sadly were not great at giving recommendations for this kind of worker. All of them had contractor nightmare stories. Using Angie's List pointed us in the right direction. You could never go wrong with Trueclean. They were excellent to work with and did it all from installing a new ceiling in my basement to fixing a door knob (I had lots of minor "honey dos").

It was fine, not super great but it was fine. The thing that annoyed me was that I had a medical problem and haven't cleaned for a while and she made a comment about that which had annoyed me but she did a fine job, nothing extra. She was just a little late.

I was very happy with them they did a nice job they were in a wedding, wedding Pennsylvania, they call themselves as a residential commercial house cleaners, but actually there is another thing I had used them in another way. I actually used them for the house, you see I had a back and knee operation and we were sort of spending a hard time with it. Well they did a nice job they were here when they said they were going to be, and the price was probably a little more than if I had gotten you know my neighbors had made a commitment to clean but they you know, I am making it up my neighbors are not you know what I mean some neighborhood person to do it but getting some commercial person to do it I thought the price was reasonable and they did a very good job. I thought they were great people I was just very happy with them I cannot tell you anything bad about them. They did the job nicely they were here when they said they were going to be, it was a you know. I did not get carpet cleaning done it was only gutter cleaning work. They did a thorough work, they did a super thorough one first time top to bottom you know including the basement, then after that they just did the first and second floor and every two weeks. The total house from top to bottom the first time super super housecleaning was $ 400. After that it was $ 250. I am not using them now because I am feeling better, my wife she had knees down too, but we are better now and can do it ourselves and save the money.

The overall team has been wonderful to work with; from the first call they were very responsive. I originally called to get a quote for regular house cleaning. Someone was able to come out within a few days to provide an estimate. The first clean was a little more ($300) with each on-going cleaning costing $150. The cleaning job is wonderful, I could not be more pleased when I come home on the day the house is cleaned. I would recommend their cleaning service to anyone - I have found everyone to be extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with, which is really a rare things these days.

Alex came out to provide a quote. He was very courteous, professional and made the whole experience nice and easy. He gave me a quote which came in at my expectations and we setup an intiial cleaning followed by monthly maintenance cleanings. The cleaning crew went in and took care of everything while I was at work and I couldn't have asked for a better job. After seeing how well they took care of my home I'm looking forward to having them continue to come on a regular basis and save me the time from having to clean on the weekends. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area thinking about a house cleaning service

Showed up when they said they would. Cleaning job excellent. People very personable . Estimation of cleaning time very close. We intend to use them for some less detailed follow-up cleaning in the future.

Their pricing was reasonable and they were fairly good. There were a few things as far as cleaning that they omitted and they had to come back and fix it.

We had these cleaners come to go through our old farmhouse prior to our wedding. They asked for specifics about what I wanted to have done. They worked very h****** a hot, hot day. They were very efficient and eager to please. The price was unbelievably reasonable for the elbow grease that they put into their work. They were cheerful and pleasant- a real dynamic duo. Strong recommendation!

The handy man is very good. Completed all the tasks very well.

Needed to get the whole house cleaned before preparing it for a sale. The maid came on the designated day and spent a good 4-5 hours cleaning everything from the basement to the top floor. She did a great job! She did not waste time and got to work right away.

Alex came out and gave us an estimate. His team returned on a Saturday a couple of weeks later to perform the work. They were very courteous and professional. They arrived exactly when they said they would and phoned me in advance to confirm everything. The bill was exactly what the estimate was. I will definitely get them back for future work.

I found this company's name on Angie's List. My phone call was returned promptly and a date was scheduled. When the ladies arrived they said that they had to drive one hour to get to our house. We probably would have continued with the service but we never heard again from them. Probably because we live so far away.

They did a good job, and I was satisified with the service. The house looks great.

The girl who came did not do a very good job, and it wasn't a good experience. In fact, my wife wouldn't let the girl complete the work because she was doing such a poor job. ***edit***The provider is contacting me saying that I need to take this comment off this site. He said that he will come back out to do the service again but why would I want them to come out after they gave poor service. The provider also stated my wife was trying to get the worker to do things on the side which never happened. I do not want the provider to contact over this issue again.

Everything has been going well with the service. They are very thorough, very punctual, and have been happy to accomodate special requests. Additionally, they don't provide their own supplies, but they do inform you as to which products work best.

Everything went well. They were friendly, and it was easy to work with them. They did a good job, too.

They were on time and did a good job with the cleaning. The workers did their utmost to ensure that the house was at its cleanest.

First of all they never called me back. Originally they said they'd charge $250-$450 to clean our 1 story ranch house. That did not include the 2BRs. They told me to get rid of some of my stuff so they could clean but they'd never even come to see it. He just didn't seem like a very good person.

I was very reluctant to admit I could no longer clean my own home, but Lesia's work ethic and pleasant, helpful nature made me feel less embarrassed. We had two other experiences where women came one time and never came back (no connection to Truclean). This made me feel terrible. I am very comfortable with Lesia, and I truly value her service. Update 7/8/12: I realized I forgot to mention Alex,and wanted to fix that!

He was very professional and cleaned up after himself. His work was phenomenal. He was also on time.
