This company never responded to my requests for a quote. So, I suppose that in itself is some reflection of a level of quality or commitment they offer?

When I phone Alex at Truclean, he and his subcontractor came out right away, gave me an estimate on the spot and said they would provide a written estimate also and they were right on target and more reasonable than another estimate I had from a different contractor. Once I gave them the green light to do the work, it was scheduled within a matter of days and most of the work was done in one day which was to replace a split joist between my first and second floor. The sub contractor, Damien Kovalenko and his worker had to jack it up, sister the broken joist with a board and then decided since the split was so bad to put in a second support. I am extremely pleased. They did that and put back the drywall, sanded it and readied it for me to paint. I did not ask them to paint but I am sure they would have if I would have requested it to be done. Alex kept in touch with me throughout the process to make sure I was satisfied.

The employee, lesia, is wonderful. Very professional and does a wonderful job.

It was bumpy at first - between a couple of nasty snowstorms and my unavailability due to jury duty, it was tough to answer his questions and make sure he knew what we wanted. My wife and I realized during demolition that, even though he was fixing two damaged walls of one room, the repair would look stupid since the other two walls would have the original paneling and not match. The damage also was more extensive in areas I didn't suspect, and we found no damage where I was sure there had been. He was accomodating with all our changes of plans and everything turned out well. He was knowledgeable, honest and very flexible. I'm happy with his work and would use him again. The rooms look good and the mold smell is gone from my basement.

The company is owed and operated by a woman and her boyfriend. Lesa came early on the 1st day and was on time on the second day. The 1st time she cleaned the house, we had to buy the cleaning supplies. That was $107 out of pocket before she even got started. She did clean what we asked her to clean . The house smelled like clorox and we knew that the house had to be cleaned but we had to burn candles to get rid of the smell. We both told her we have asthma and 1 dog and 2 cats. I had to watch the animals for respiratory problems. I ask that she knock on the door, even though we were both home. I did call her boyfriend the next day and ask that she tone down the bleach smell, which she did. I also ask that she put a shine on my floors, which she did and they look good. When I called, the boyfriend did not identify himself as a cleaning company-he just said "hello". I had to ask if I called the right place. We told her about our paycheck structure and she said she will be willing to work with us and hold a check if need be. Since she is Ukraininan and there might be a language problem, we have to work together make sure that we are on the same page.

very smoothly i have had them twice now and each time was excellent.

These guys were great. Came in on time and went right to work. They explained the process as they went along and made sure all ducts were addressed. I will definitely call on them again.

They are the most considerate group of people I have run into in a long time. I got a lot for my money. I need help with something, I know when I call them I will get good service quickly.

The GC Alex was on time and pleasant when he came to my home to give me an estimate for sanding and preparing my hardwood floors for restaining.g

Everything went well.

During the process of relacating for a new job, my home was inspected as part of the corporate relocation package. A variety of repairs were necessary in response to the home inspection report. After recieving 4 quotes in response to my home inspection report, I selected TruClean, and specifically Alex to manage all the work. Alex brought in 4 different sub-contracts to complete all the work. Some plumbing was replace in 2 bathroom sinks, and a garage faucet leak was repaired. That sub-contract found a leak in my furnace which I was able to have repaired to prevent future water damage. He also remediated some water stains in the garage and sealed the area around the faucet to prevent future damage to the dry wall. He also replaced one switch and a thermostat. Alex also organized an inspection of my electrical panel, and brought in a licensed electrician to install a new ground rod in response to that inspection. He also brought in another sub-contractor to repair a masonry retaining was that was sagging, and they also sealed some crack in stucco covering on my foundation. Another sub-contractor repairs a variety of cracks in the concrete of my frount porch and sidewalks. Alex organized all the work and made sure it was completed in a timely fashion and with quality workmanship. I am very pleaced with his services. I have hired him for a second smaller project in reponse to the FHA inspection of my property as part of the sale. I highly recommend his services.
