He actually works out of his house over in Drexelwood. Let me tell you a little story about the previous water heater that I had. That water heater went on the last day of the warranty, at 9:00 P.M. at night, and he honored it and gave me the water heater; I was still covered. That's the kind of guy he's been. He's like a doctor; you call him at 10:00 at night and he's out there, you know. He's really great. On price that's where he lacks. He's still a little bit expensive. We have been using him for years, so we've stayed with him.

Owner of the company came out same day after another company canceled with me. He spoke very clearly to me as to the condition of my ac system. He never spoke down to me like I was stupid. Very friendly and smiled. He made good eye contact. He even cleaned up around the outside AC unit for free. A very nice company to work with.
