They arrived on time and were quick and efficient. They cleaned up afterward. I would definitely hire them again.

He responded to my call in a few hours and provided me with an accurate estimate the next evening. He and his team did an excellent job. They arrived on time and explained exactly what three would do. The tree was properly and thoroughly pruned. Not a single branch has fallen off even in high winds since he completed his job. They left my property completely clean and free of debris. It looked better than when he arrived. I would highly recommend his services.

GREAT!!!! Ray came out, looked at the job and quoted me a very reasonable price. He wrote it the quote and a brief description of the work to be done on the back of his card so there would be no confusion later on down the road when he was able to come back. When asked when he thought he would be by to take down the tree, he said probably 2 - 3 weeks. As time was drawing near, he let me know I was still on the list but he was a bit behind due to weather. He called the night before and confirmed I would be home. He and his crew arrived promptly and went right to work. They got the tree down in no time. They cut it up and shredded it into the back of their truck, ground the stump and cleaned the yard, driveway and street very well. They even shoveled out three or four garbage cans worth of pine needles that had accumulated under the tree. The job was completed in about an hour, safely and with no damage. The only thing left behind was the bare spot where the tree once stood. I highly recommend Ray and his crew!

Ray's appearance is a little offsetting but he was professional, polite, and efficiently removed the tree. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Ray was working in the area. I took note of the excellent work his crew was doing on a difficult job, so asked him to stop over and give us a price on shaping our unruly pear tree. Since he was already there, he offered to do it for $75. He and his crew stopped over shortly thereafter and used their bucket to perfectly trim and shape the tree. They ground up all debris and left the lawn spotless. I insisted on paying an additional $25 for their excellent work. I plan to have him return to remove a very large, dangerous pine tree leaning towards our house. (NOTE: I had a young man stop me at a lumber yard to ask if I needed any tree work done. He claimed to be a licensed tree professional, but I thought it strange that he didn't know what an "arborist" was. He came to my house and immediately climbed into my pear tree and started breaking off branches by hand. When I stopped him and asked for proof of insurance he said someone stole his wallet. When I noted that he had no equipment, he asked if I could lend him some pruning shears. He said he usually charges $250 but he'd give me a special price of $150. I chased him out of my now damaged tree. Ray got a good laugh over his "competition" and even cleaned up the broken branches he left behind. )

|I received a call mid morning that he wanted to do the work that day and by the time I came home from work the job was done and the cleanup was complete and you couldn't tell anyone had disturbed anything --they even moved big planters and put them right back in place where they were too!!

contacted Ray. Same day he called and said he was in the area and came over later in the day. He looked at trees and gave a price. I agreed and we had an approx date for service, which was end of September (2-3 weeks away). I advised him I would call him in a day or two to confirm. I called him maybe 5 days later and he said he didnt hear from me so now he had to push it back to beginning of October. I said that is fine. I asked for a date, he couldnt give me one. I advised him to call me a day or two out to let me know. I havent heard from him since. He comes to my house talks all this crap that he is a small business has 2-3 empolyee's that been with him forever, he doesnt take on too much work and its all about the customer. Well, I have to give him an F. Now Ill be looking for another tree service. Thanks Ray.

This was probably the 4th time we have used Ray's Tree Service. We've dealt with other providers in the past, but once we used Ray we stayed with him. The work is done on time, professionally, and they do a great job of cleaning up when the work is done. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I used them in the 2nd week of March. He was great. I had to wait a while for him to come as he is a busy guy. I had 4 big maple trees that they cleared up for me. He had two guys working with him. They did a great job. I have no complaints. His price was good.

Ray came out the same day I called him to give me a quote on my birch tree. The tree is in my front yard and is slowly dying yielding a lot of dead branches. I accepted his quote which was fair and reasonable and he told me he may stop by at any time to do the work within the next week. I wasn't here when he came by, but he trimmed off all the dead branches which were between 10 and 40 feet off the ground and cleaned up after he was done. When I came home I didn't even realize he had been here, he cleaned up so well. He is professional and very knowledgeable about trees. I will use him and only him once the tree needs to be cut down and the stump ground which he told me will most likely happen within the next year or two. I'm sad to lose the tree, but happy that I know who to call when that day comes.

We called him and he looked at the job and gave us a quote - it was actually higher than another quote we had, but we were impressed with the work he did previously and chose to have him do the trimming. We weren't sorry when we saw the results.

Excellent. We had to wait a while once we got his quote and told him we wanted him to do the work, as he has been very busy. There have been several storms and a flood in our county, but he did call to let us know when he'd be here. He was here, on time, on October 25 and he and his crew did a great job. They did all the work we requested and cleaned up the yard when they were done. I would definitely recommend him and I will contact him again in the future.
