Michelle was in the office and was extremely helpful over the phone. The person that came out and did the work was extremely knowledgeable and gave helpful tips for any further adjustments. He did a great job and was very professional and helpful I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them again.

I have an unfinished drywall job, i was quoted a price to have it completed. It was only partially done so they took some money off and said they would get back to me with pricing for the rest. After many ,many requests the quote to finish it was higher than the original quote! I am left with an a partially insulated ceiling and half drywall is not done. No responses. Would not recommend.

Terrible. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate. I waited two weeks for the appointment and left work to go home to meet with them. They never showed a I called, but couldn't get anybody on the phone! They called me the next day, apologized and said the next appointment was another 2 weeks away. They missed an appointment, and then expect me to wait another 2 weeks to meet for an estimate? Very disappointed and I personally would not ever use them. I can't speak to the quality of their work as I couldn't even get past the estimate process without drama.

Bernie came in and worked two days to repair the four areas. This included cutting out the damage, replacing , finishing and painting. Bernie did a terrific job, was honest about what he saw and how he corrected the various issues.

The tech was on time and on budget. Very Knowledgable. I would definatley hire them again

It was a struggle getting them to come out and work. With the Venetian blinds, they came back four or five times. They didn't measure right. I measured it and I knew all the windows were different. They only measured one and they kept coming back. Then they didn't get the room dark. It was a real nightmare. I had them put in laminate flooring. They came to do that and then they had to leave. Everything they did was multiple times. I started this maybe January or February. I didn't shop around. I trusted them from Angie's list.

I called Handyman Matters in April 2016 and asked if they would come give me an estimate for repairs to the outside of my home, plus give me an estimate for some work on the inside as well. I needed them to do the work soon so I could get my home painted this summer. They came right out, spent a good amount of time with me discussing the project, measuring, etc., but never called back and never sent their estimate. I finally called them in the middle of June 2016 to ask about my estimate and I was told they would get something to me in a week. It is now the middle of July 2016 and I have never heard from them again. They ruined any chance I had of getting my home painted this summer. I am very upset and disappointed. If they didn't want the job or couldn't do the job, they should have been honest up front. I could have had another contractor come out ASAP and could have had my home painted this summer like I wanted. I could have given them tons of work if they wanted it.

Very professional from start to finish. They came out and gave an estimate, fit us in pretty quickly, and the man who came out did a great job. He was very courteous and professional in our home. He was careful around our pets. And the work looks wonderful. I'm very happy with the work he did. I'm glad we went with Handyman Matters.

Dave from Handyman Matters arrived on time. He is very knowledgeable. He handled the projects. He was given very well. He offered a suggestion, which I needed, and am very happy I did.

I've used them for tree trimming most recently but they've done a variety of projects for us. We are very happy with the services they provide on all projects and plan on using them again soon.
