Description of Work: I had a Wave Ventilation Unit installed in my basement. We had no water in the basement but a serious mildew and musty smell problem. I had been running a dehumidifier down there for years. I would have to go down and empty the bucket every few days as it was too heavy for my wife to lift. The dehumidifier was noisy and would go off and on in the middle of the night and you could hear it from the second floor. The dehumidifier used a lot of electricity. In the summer with the ac on and the dehumidifier running the electric bill was very high. With the Wave Ventilation unit, there is no noise, no smell and the unit uses very little power.My basement is finished with a 50" TV on the wall, sectional couches and computer center in one corner. We now use this room just like any other room in the house. The room is dry and there is no condensation. I would suggest this unit if you want to set it and forget it. I have not turned the unit off since it was installed. Wave of DelVal installed the unit with no problems and in a professional manner.
