Description of Work: A previous plumber had installed an tile floor in the shower and unfortunately it was a poor job, there was not enough pitch or slope in the floor for drainage and water from the shower leaked into the bathroom below and also ruined the pan underneath the shower and had to be replaced. They did a marvelous job, clean up was great.

Description of Work: I had a list of items that I made known to him prior to his arrival He said he could fix them When he came he was only able to complete 80% of the items there were S traps under 2 sinks he changed added a copper tube to hot water heater

+ -1 moreMike did 2 different jobs for me. I had a kitchen sink that was leaking about 2 days before Christmas. He came out in January to fix a leak in the basement. So, he replaced the pipe in the basement and the overflow was corroded too. He replaced all the water faucets and there was also corrosion in the basement on a drain. The job that he did went on very well. He was fast and knew exactly what he was doing. I didn’t have any problems with him and he was great too.
