Alex did a great job designing the kitchen and helping is select countertops. The problem is he has poor customer service when the job is almost complete and after. The cabinet company didn't send all of the required hardware so we had to chase him for a couple months to get that. Later the automatic drawer close for the trash stopped working. He was completely unresponsive and we ended up getting someone from the cabinet company to come out. They installed a bracket that doesn't automatically lose but at that point we were happy to have he door close properly. Last, the countertop around our faucet began cracking. I called him and he said he could apply a special epoxy that would stop any further cracking. Said he needed two weeks to get it because it needed special approval to be imported. Then I chased him for 6 months before had to have someone else out. The cracks ended up getting worse- almost 3 feet long on each side of the sink. We sold our house and had to give the buyer a $1500 allowance to replace. He claims I declined to have him fix it because I didn't want to pay but I have over 10 texts beggging him to come out and fix it.Save yourself a lot of aggravation and use someone else.
