They showed up ON TIME, with the right equipment, they cleaned up after themselves, and they called me with an update. They got everything CLEAN, I'm talking brand new clean!! I was totally impressed with the job that they did. In fact I joined Angies List just to get the word out on this Company! No "rinky d***" equipment that struggles to get things clean.

Lou, the owner, responded to my request for an estimate very promptly, explained exactly what they would do and about the environmentally friendly products they use and gave me a fair estimate. I narrowed my choices to two companies on Angies List and selected Sparkle Wash primarily because their price was about $100 less than the other company. We scheduled the work and his crew showed up on time -- literally within a minute of when they said they would. I had removed all the window screens the night before as Lou said they would wash them too if I removed them. The job took about three hours and I was very pleased with the way the house looked when they were done. I did have to remind the crew that the gutters were included because the "piano stains" were still present when they were done. They then proceeded to redo the gutters with brushes and a cleaning solution that did the job nicely. In addition, they washed the exterior of two skylights that I can no longer do myself even though that wasn't included in the estimate. Overall I'm quite pleased with how the house looks. My only complaint would be that after the crew left I discovered that the screens had not been washed since bird droppings that were on them when I removed them were still there. The crew had told me earlier that the screens were cleaned. Also, something in the chemicals they used seems to have had at an effect on a few shrubs as their leaves have dried up. I'm hoping this is just a temporary reaction. All in all I think the company did a good job and I would consider using them again.

Lou presented pictures of our facility that clearly show how bad it appeared. Showed pictures of similar jobs that they have done. Gave estimate and we scheduled time to complete. Lou explained the process and we're satisfied with work.

The overall quality of their powerwashing was excellent. Sparklewash had a problem with the powerwashing machine and they were not able to come when they had scheduled their service. When they called they were so apologetic. They went out of their way for us and cut the price drastically !!!! After rescheduling, they came on time, were very professional and they did a wonderful job. They even did more than what was expected when I contracted for their service. I would recommend them to my family and friends and would hire them back. Sparklewash of York Co. Thank you very much for the great service !!!!!

Service was done very professionally. The areas look like new. My wife was happy, so I am happy.

Both time they did superior work. In both cases they did additional work that was not outlined in the proposal at no additional charge.

Good price, some siding was hit and knocked loose up the wash pole but they did come back and make repairs. Not all employees speak english. Lou was helpful in making sure repairs were done. Also, wrong area originally cleaned so no charge for going back to get the right area.

Found company on Angie’s List, Lou very friendly and professional, great explanation of all details and answered all questions. Very satisfied.

All work done as scheduled - roof done 16th, house 17th, when finished the areas, not cleaned to my satisfaction, were inspected by Lou, they returned the 18th and corrected all areas. My house was then beautifully clean and I am very satisfied.

The service was performed by Lou's team with professionalism and attention to detail. They were very thorough and polite and took pride in their work. We had a lot of green mold on our vinyl siding due to years of shrubbery being overgrown and blocking the sun from getting to the sides of the house. We removed the shrubbery and were horrified by the condition of the siding. We called Sparkle Wash and they returned our call the same day and came out a couple of days later to give us an estimate. Their estimate was reasonable and had us scheduled for the next available opening which was only a few days away. Lou took before and after pictures for his records. He was not on site when the work was done but followed up the next day after the service to make sure we were satisfied with the service. Overall we felt Lou was very caring and attentive to our satisfaction with the work. A+ Customer Service.

This is a great company to work with. I'd use them again any time!! I submitted my web request for a quote and got a call back within the hour. We discussed what was needed, size of the house, and they gave me a quote and we scheduled an appointment. When they arrived the service tech was very polite, they explained what they were going to do, how long it would take and what types of products they would use. Once they were finished they explained exactly what was done and asked if i was happy with how clean it looked. It was amazing how great it looked and how fast and easy it was for such a reasonable price.

I found Sparklewash by Googling "power-washing, York", and was impressed with the website. My first contact w. Sparklewash was by e-mail, and Lou, the owner responded within the hour and arrived that same PM to do an estimate. I was impressed with his professionalism, the handouts he provided, the cleanliness of his vehicle, etc. While the estimate came in higher than I anticipated, we negotiated and reached agreement on a price, and the work was done within 3 days. The crew showed up on time, worked 8 hours straight in 87 degree heat, and didn't take any breaks. They were fairly unobtrusive, and did not ask to use our bathroom, or for water, etc. The truck that they used is a new Ford E-250, spotlessly clean, which has a huge diesel-powered power washer, water heaters, and various tanks for cleaning chemicals that are injected into the wash water. This is a professional operation, not some guy with a Home Depot pressure washer. They have special ladders to reach into corners and high places, and an assortment of spray wands that can reach up to 40 feet high. The job turned out stunningly well. I didn't realize how cruddy my yellow stucco had become in the 11 years since the house was built. I watched the work in progress, and the difference between the freshly-cleaned areas and the uncleaned areas was striking. Also, they removed the "tiger striping" from my gutters, and the green mildew from the brick steps. When they finished, they power-washed my driveway. My foundation plantings were not harmed. There were no ladder marks on the house or gutters. This was a good experience, and I would definitely use Sparklewash again.
