+ -1 moreTim from Kohler and Kohler was punctual and patient. Excavation and permitting took some time to get done, but once I had those complete Tim and his crew had the building up in less than 3 days and sub-contractors for gutters and concrete showed up as scheduled. Job site was clean and building passed all inspections. Very happy with the work.
Description of Work: I needed 24x30x10 detached pole building with gutters and downspouts, ridge vent, poured concrete floor, cupola with weather-vane, entrance door and garage doors. I was looking for all inclusive pricing, but permitting, site prep, and electrical were typically not included in contractors I spoke with.

+ -1 moreExcellent. I am extremely happy with the quality of the building that Tim Kohler and his men constructed. There is nothing marginal about the building. Highest quality materials and workmanship. Very easy to work with, with responsive to changes and add on's. Great attitudes all the way through the project. I would use them again.

+ -1 moreThey were excellent; the owner came out and gave us an estimate and go through all of the choices. He was here everyday checking on his workers. He did exactly what he said he was going to do for the exact price that he said he would do it for. He allowed my husband to pay part upfront and then allowed him 60 days to make the final payment.
