By calling them the morning before our scheduled date (snow storm date), they rescheduled our appointment at the time requested. They were there earlier than appointed, which was a big help. The team was courteous and completed the removal in a timely fashion with no damage to any other furniture that was staying. I would recommend this company to anyone.
