+ -1 moreWe did not go through with her on our bathroom remodel but rather just used a bathroom contractor.
Description of Work: Frances was very good and nice but because of the cost of just the estimate, we did not proceed with her. Others without a budget restriction may want to consider her.

+ -1 moreShe was wonderful, but I didn't use her service because the cost was a little more than I could afford. But she was great and knowledgeable. I would hire her if I had the funds to.
Description of Work: She came out and gave me an estimate on rehabing my house.

+ -1 moreI contacted Frances and explained the situation. She provided some great insights. She was very professional and upfront in stating what it would take to build a custom home. We ultimately decided that we could not afford a custom home but if we could, we would have wanted Frances to design and build it for us.
Description of Work: We are in the market for a new home and were considering whether to custom build or buy from a builder. I know how much the builders are charging but had no idea what it would cost of build a custom home. Frances was very generous with her time in explaining to me what is involved in building a custom home and what it is likely to cost.

+ -1 moreWonderful experience both times! Worked with Francie Siegel and she is meticulous in her design. She has great ideas and advice. She is extremely professional and easy to work with through out the projects. The new spaces blend perfectly with the existing home!
Description of Work: Designed a conservatory and a new addition of a kitchen/breakfast room to existing house.
