+ 1 moreTeam showed up on time on the appointed day, maintained a clean work area and kept me informed as to the condition of the fascia, gutters and roofing. They did not try to sell me additional work. They thought that the roof would good for another 5+ years. They finished just as the rain came in the afternoon and the majority of leaves began to fall. What timing. Cleaned up very well.
Description of Work: Removed front gutter and metal fascia. Removed rotted 1" X 6" wooden fascia on upper front roof section. Installed new 1" X 6" piece. Re-install metal fascia and gutter with hidden hangers. Cleaned all gutters. Installed hidden hangers on rest of gutters. Installed "Waterfall" gutter guards on all guards. Replaced dried and crack toilet vent seal on roof.
