+ -1 moreIt's been awhile, but I've been meaning to recommend Greg. Especially after one of my friends told me about her horrible inspection experience with another person. Greg is the best there is in this area. I bet he's one of the best in the state. He truly works for the individual and not for the real estate people. He treats every house as if he were the one buying it. I own a duplex and eventually will be calling Greg when I pursue owning more property. And I have no doubt that when I do, Greg will do an excellent job in detailing all aspects of the house. Description of Work: Greg inspected a 2nd home that I was looking at buying. I was concerned about some possible dampness in the basement and wanted someone really good who would comb over the place. Greg was able to look behind the wall at some point and able to see signs of mold. The basement was already finished and this was a big buying issue for us. We decided not to buy the house as the repairs would be too much and the sellers weren't compromising their price. We feel Greg was worth every penny and he saved us a huge mistake. He inspected that home from roof to basement in a timely and very professional way. I wish we knew him for the first house we bought.
