Description of Work: Replaced the shut off valve in the basement. |Bathroom sink: brass, no lead ball valve; elbow; bushing; adapter. |Toilet was leaking: replaced toilet ball c ; toilet line; pop-up assembly in the downstairs BR and flapper in the upstairs toilet. |He took the time to show me how the new turn-off valve worked. Explained what to look for on the water meter to determine if there is ever a problem with water leaks in the future. Showed me the damaged parts and explained why they weren't working. |Showed me an online site to help me decide what fixtures I might like to replace the upstairs bathroom sink fixtures that are not meant for the sink there now. |I was supplied an itemized part and service list with pricing and I can place that in my house repair/upkeep for future use. |It went well and I'm looking forward to seeing how much lower my water bill will be now that the repairs are completed. This is the second time I used this service. I will use this service in the future.
