Walter was very quick to replay with any questions. He was very knowledgeable about chimney repair and inspection. Had some issues with my chimney which he pointed out and documented. He also gave an estimate for the work. Highly likely will hire him again down the road!

I hired Walter for 2 separate brick repointing projects that I wanted done a month apart due to wanting to spread the cost over two months. he went ahead and started both projects, but kept the original payment schedule for the second project. While he was working on those projects I went ahead and hired him to do additional work or replacing a concrete walkway. All the work was done very well and everything cleaned up afterwards.

Project. Rework mason sills on two chimneys. Came out to give review and give estimate quickly. Arrived late for scheduled work several days and still did not have all supplies needed. He had to leave for supplies which delayed completion. Courteous and easy to talk to but seemed disorganized.

Very fast response time. Returned call the next day and came that same afternoon to do the chimney inspection and cleaning. Prompt and professional. Other places I checked were scheduling 5 months out, and I really wanted it done before this years burning season. Cleaned up and very nice to work with. Would recommend.

Walter kept us informed throughout the process. Got approval of all work as completed. Would definitely use his services again

Did not have proper equipment to clean the chimney. Arrived on time and we got the job done with my help. Nice guy, but not prepared for the work that needed done.

I hired Walter to tile a floor, the work is terrible, grout lines are uneven and the pattern is off, 5 tiles are loose, several tiles are higher than the others. Walter has been here all week doing the job, I told Walter that I was not happy with the floor and he said this is an excellent floor and I told him told him to pack up and leave and he did,

Neat and clean

Walter did a very thorough job in repairing and sealing the chimney and patching the wall & ceiling in the garage, which he also sealed. He was very prompt and conscientious. We are very happy with the job he performed.

Walter was very courteous and extremely timely. I had a chimney leak which needed quick repair. He was there when I needed him. He did the work quickly and completely, for what I thought was a fair price. I'm very pleased with the results.

chimney sweep -- a date was picked and he hung in there offered another date (it was gale force winds and cold & I'm on the top of a hill) He completed the job. When it warms to work with concrete my chimney needs the crown repaired as it was shown doing chimney sweep I asked him for a price to do the job when it warms enough

Contractor came back to fix the issues he was prompt, on time and he cleaned up his mess.

I was very satisfied with Mr Miller's work. He arrived on the days we agreed to and the work was done on time. He cleaned up afterwards and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if I need more work done.

Walter inspected and cleaned my Chimney & flue. He also repointed nine chimney courses and constructed a new cap. The work was completed correctly and to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to hire him again for other work in the future.

called let me know he was behind schedule about an hour He arrived on time that he called me with and went right to work. The wood stove is very clean . If the stove pipe is as clean I am very impressed

We requested to be contacted by two chimney cleaning services on 10/28/16. Within two minutes I received a call from the owner of Phoenix Remodeling, Walter Miller. We setup an appointment for the morning of 10/31/16. Mr. Miller was very professional throughout the entire job and process. He inspected both fireplaces and chimneys. He had great recommendations, but there was no pressure to do the recommendations right away. Mr. Miller completed the chimney cleanings outside and then came inside to clean inside the fireplaces with a shop vac. We will definitely recommend Phoenix Remodeling to our family and friends.

Walter was on time and completed the work he said he would do in a good and efficient manner. Walter also provided updates for us as the work was in progress. Walter also was able to come and fix areas we felt needed added touches without complaint and in a quick and timely manner. Julia and I were pleased with his work of cleaning, re-staining, and replacing deck boards that needed to be replaced. We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs their deck cleaned and or re-stained.

Walter was prompt and very thorough. With so many projects, it is hard to determine what it will take until you get into it - he devised a commonsense solution and went about the work, challenging as it was. The scope of the work included cleaning and capping off two old-fashioned chimneys that were over three stories high. He made sure that I understood the work to be done. He cleaned up afterwards. He even suggested further work that will need to be done to protect the stucco finish and asked if I wanted a quote, which he promptly gave me. Walter is a very likable person and even when things turned dicey, there was no profanity. How refreshing!
