My experience with him went well. He was down to earth, reasonable in pricing and gave good quality. He's very busy and wasn't always on time though.

Was very professional and honest when coming out to assess roof. Only found one lifted shingle that he repaired on the spot.

They acted very professional. They were very complete in his discussion of what needed to be done. They were very timely. They originally came to look at the roof, whether repair could be done; some shingles had blown off. What I liked at that time was that, they put some cocking into the holes free of charge. That’s when I decided to get an estimate from them. They got back to me in two or three days with the estimate. I would use them in the future.

Darin did the jobs I asked him to do. He told me when he finished that there was rotten wood on shed roof under the new shingles. Within a day or two it rained and the wated spout continued to leak as well as the shed roof. I paid his bill in full because he had done what I asked him to do. I had not specifically asked him to fix the leaking problem. Along with the check, I sent a note that the leaking continued and asked him to contact me to discuss what we could do to fix the leaking. After about a month, I have not heard from him.

They are excellent. They are easy to work with. Their price is good. Their quality of work is good. They follow up on questions that I have. I would use them in the future.
