Doors would not shut without force, could not turn doorknob except with fingers as there was no room between door and knob. Eventually fixed after 2 months of contact. Railings on deck are warped and loose as they were not secured properly. Top of railing on stairs was put on with a large knot hole that is very sharp and could cause serious harm if used going down stairs. No platform was put at bottom of stairs so you step down from the last step with no railing to hold onto and the drop to the ground is much higher than the other step heights so people tend to stumble. Boards were not cut even at edge of deck and one is approx. quarter inch shorter. mitered corners don't meet etc. His explanation was that the board shrunk. Stated he would fix it to my satisfaction but I've been asking him to fix it since mid June and this is mid September with no result except to drop a few boards off and say he will be back. Won't answer texts etc. and I am left with a big safety liability if anyone gets hurt.
