The installer was extremely unprofessional. My scheduled project was to take 2.5 days, max. The quality of the work was horrible. The installer left garbage in my yard and sharp fastening objects in my driveway. I had to take 2 extra work days off because this service provider did not have their project together!! The Carol's Carpet performer did not used drop cloths and was not prepared to complete a professional job. The wooden boards were damaged when installed and they did not complete the trim around the marble herth without breaking the trim. I had to QA the scuffs and divets & cracks in the installation and report it back to the contractor. Carol's Carpets had to come back to re-install the trim and fix the floor's imperfections. They promised that they would replace the wall plate that they broke, but they didn't. The final day that I had contact on site with this "insured" but highly unprofessional business was the day they were supposed to fix the errors (The broken trim, the poor quality of installaton and broken wall plate.) I was in another nearby room. The contractor was there one moment and gone the next. Left very abruptly and didn't say he was done. This room was not furnished and not used until after the holidays. I noticed two weeks later a large crack in the marble herth. I immediately called Carol's Carpet. The sales person was abusive and unprofessional on the phone. She said that installer doesn't work for her organization any longer and that I needed to contact her insurance company. Then she hung up without any further information. The marble herth was one piece before Carol's Carpet serviced me, now it is in more than three piece plus chips. I have pictures as proof of before and after. After pricing repair/replacement, I would be into double the cost! Contract them if you like high risk and if you enjoy negativity and unprofessional services and taking unscheduled days off for shoddy services!

I have used them before. They are good to work with, they are very professional, and have a good price. They are very responsive, they provide an excellent quality and value for the price that they offer.

They completely redid out basement two porches with indoor/outdoor floor coverings. We are delighted with the work and the price - highly recommended! We had a few obscure places and they were able to find some remnants to cover areas seldom seen - at a great discount.
