Roby HVAC is a small company, licensed and insured, with the customer's satisfaction in mind. We strive to remain affordable while guaranteeing our work 100%. Our success has been mainly word of mouth. Service calls are $75 for the first hour no matter what time of day or what day of the year it is. We do not charge extra for emergency service or after hours calls. Our service technicians are highly trained and experienced. We take pride in repairing failing heating /cooling systems rather than insisting on expensive replacements whenever possible. We also offer complete installs and gas conversions for less than our competitors.

After hearing our oil boiler was broken and leaking from another company, we decided to get a second opinion and after some searching I decided to call Roby HVAC. Mark came out, looked at our furnace and determined it was in good working order. I then asked about converting our oil furnace to natural gas after getting a quote from UGI about running gas to our home came back very reasonable. Mark walked us through the process, got us a quote and we gave him the go ahead. He arrived on time and finished the work the same day as he said he would. Going from oil to natural gas saved us a good deal of money. I would recommend Roby HVAC to anyone that has any HVAC concerns!
Description of Work: Roby HVAC ran the gas line from outside into our home and converted our oil boiler to natural gas.

My furnace was shut down in the middle of the polar vortex. I called and he was out within an hour and a half. I already had some parts for it and he was able to repair my issue and insulate everything. The work was very neat and he was incredibly personable. He definitely knew what he was doing and his pricing was very fair. He runs the whole business so whatever problem you tell him, it will be him that comes out to fix it. I highly recommend him and already have to friends.
