I was impressed, they were knowledgeable and helpful. They were very clean and very conscientious, I didn’t have to worry about the contract, and I didn’t have to oversee them the whole time, everything went well.

It's been too long to recall the experience from start to finish, it was a positive experience. And we buy the annual service agreement so twice a year our system is checked to be certain everything is running optimally. That is money well spent.!

Both installations went very well from the first meeting with the sales rep to answering my questions before making a final decision. Then keeping in contact to let me know target dates for installation. All technicians were very professional and answered questions and provide a complete walk thru when installations were compete. They cleaned up before leaving. I have been very pleased with their work.

I have a service contract with them. I would rate them highly across the board.

They come here twice a year for furnace cleaning. They seem to be very thorough and all the guys seem very friendly.

I have a 2 storey home and so the installed a new furnace. They were decent people and did what they said they would do. I have a service contract with them and will continue to use the same in future.

Price was good (after rebates) Installation was good and employees were good. Everything was good.

They did really nice work. The guys were here the whole day. They explained everything to me how the new system works and all that. They were punctual and were here when they were supposed to be. I will use them in the future.

Technician first visit found evidence of rodent habitation. Removed nest and wire that had been chewed bare by rodent. A/C began to work. A/C discontinued working later in the day. Temperature in home rose up to 90 degrees once again. Technician returned next day, determined need of defrost sensor. Needed to get this part, did not have on hand. Third day part installed, A/C has worked fine since then. Technicians were respectful and professional.

They are an excellent company with great service. They are very experienced in geothermal units. This is the second one they have done for us.

Their price was reasonable. They responded promptly in reasonable amount of time without having me to wait. They were very knowledgeable about their trade. They are going to call and schedule my next maintenance. I would use them in the future.

We were initially very pleased. The air conditioning worked exactly as needed 2 years earlier. After the second cooling season used, a major componant of the air handler went bad. We used JK to service the unit and they said the unit was out of warranty. After a considerable time on the phone with the manufacturer and distributor, I found it was covered. JK was not willing or able to do this leg work and had I not, we would have paid an additiona $1000 for the replacement coil. As it was we had to pay several hundred for the labor, which I thought was high. They sent two guys to do a one man job in my opinion. The responsiveness took too long as well. Had I not worked in the construction industry, I may not have known who to call about the unit. When I pointed this out to the service manager, there was no real explaination or apology.

We had a very thorough review of our heating and air conditioning system performed by a professional from JK. He submitted a report to us with options to choose from and the estimated savings we could expect. The rebates were explained and J.K. would prepare most of the application for those. We made a deposit and were given an approximate date to plan for installation. We received a call when our equipment was in stock and set a date for the technician to do the installation. He was prompt, neat in his work and we have been very satisfied.

They are good to come when they say they will be here. We never have to call them back. If something needs fixed, they seem to know what they're doing. They are well-trained, and they get in and out quickly. Their prices are fair.

We didn't go with him but he was our number two choice. They were very good, but they were about $1,000 more. They were particularly good for alternative energy systems. They were really good for heat pumps. We ended up not going that route, but they were by far the most knowledgeable for the alternative options. They are definitely worth talking to.
