It was fine. They came out and did some work. The work was appropriate. There were no additional charges. It wasn't perfect but it was okay.
Description of Work: I purchased a "Big Deal" for JC Contracting. They did the roofing.

I paid 69.00 for a roof repair with a 1000.00 credit towards new roof could not repair roof and we will not be using JC for anything else

In response to the member's comment, on behalf of J.C. Contracting, we would like to state that we did perform the roof tune-up, but it was considered unsafe upon inspection due to the age of the roof and its poor condition. Therefore, a full roof inspection was done, and our professional recommendation was to have a new roof installed with a lifetime guarantee. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact the member to discuss all options, unfortunately, the member was unable to be reached. As a result, the member was unresponsive to numerous attempts (by telephone, email, and in-person) to contact her in order to serve her roofing needs with excellent workmanship. It is at this time, that we would like to extend our sincere concerns for the member's home improvement needs by offering the member additional discounts to what we have already offered. We have had the pleasure in working with the member and we are always striving to satisfy our customers in any way that we can. J.C. Contracting would like to thank the member for her kindness and time with us upon inspection of the roof, however, we are concerned about the condition of the roof, and emphasize the importance of choosing the right contractor. J.C. Contracting has specialized in all types of roofing for over 20 years, and in our experience, we have discovered unfortunate events where customers have been a victim of poor workmanship from other roofing companies, however, the services that we provide are fully guaranteed and supported by a $2,000,000 insurance policy to protect our customer's and their investments. Thank you for the review, but our company did go above and beyond to make this a satisfactory job considering it was known from the beginning that this deal is offered for 6/12 pitch (walk-able) and under. This roof was a 10/12 pitch and we still moved forward because of the customer's health concerns. We feel that we did an excellent job and would hope any customer reading this review would see the honor and dedication we stand by, as we always put the customer and their concerns before ours. We take much pride in our quality workmanship as we have not had a call back in over a decade. Thank you again for the review and God bless!

Went great work was done before a family party was neat and complete well before promised date . haven't had any more issues with roof since job was done they also replaced my front gutter at no extra charge. They said it was the reason I've been getting water in my basement guess what no more water in my basement. I wish all companies had this level of professionalism. Thank you JC contracting for a job well done!!!

JC Contracting repaired an ongoing issue we had in the back corner of our flat roof, after three different roofers tried to fix the problem. JC Contracting provided us a couple of options, but we chose to go with a full replacement with 10 year warranty. Happy to report there has not been a problem since! Great job JC Contracting!

Things went well. They had respect for my property and kept the area under control.
Description of Work: We had a rubber roof installed and sealed with water redirected for optimal drainage of Roof. The technician was very helpful explaining my roofing issues. The techs have a nice way about them and have my full confidence. My roof was leaking before he came and after he left the rains came and there was no water in my house.
