Discussed with the office what the problem might be-- control panel malfunction. Costs were given upfront so part could be ordered if needed. Turns out that was exactly what was needed. Repairman showed up on time and had it repaired very quickly. Everything was done in a professional manner. I was pleased with the result.

Wonderful! G. Was booked when I called and I got my appointment set for Monday (5 days away). I had been disappointed, but I have used Sangrey before and loved them and did not want to find anyone else. To my surprise, they called the very next morning and said that they could fit me in that morning. So happy that they got me in so quickly! G came and both jobs were done in a timely and professional fashion. The dryer needed a replacement part and the fridge door was adjusted. G. Answered all of my questions ( and I had quite a few). Very happy with the work done and the price. Sangria will always be my number 1 pick when it comes to appliance repair!

Diagnosis and repair follow-up went very well. Gerry was very professional and courteous. We are very pleased with the result.

He was very punctual, very friendly and professional. Found the problem with our oven right away. He explained that the faulty computer board that needed replacement was an expensive part but that once replaced it should provide service for at least as long as we've owned the oven so far (13 years). Given the fact that we're not in the market for a new oven yet and that a new oven would cost at least ten times as much as that part, we opted for the part. It's nice to be given straight facts so as to make a sound decision. I will definitely call this service provider again next time I have similar issue.

It was not an emergency so I got the earliest appt. I was given a time between 9-12. He called at 10:40 and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes. The job took roughly 40 minutes to complete.

Excellent service beginning with the woman who answered the phone until the job was done. Came out the same day and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

The stove wasnt set right and therefore we didnt have enough flame. I was very satisfied with the work!

The technician was able to fit me in on the same day that I called. He was able to tell me what he thought was the problem and approximately what it would cost to fix. He gave me a specific window of when he would arrive and he was on time. When he arrived he was very efficient in fixing the problem and explaining what he was fixing and how the part works. Overall, it was a perfect service call. If you have to have an appliance repaired this is the way to go!

Installed a middle of the room dishwasher.

He came out, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part. Then he discovered that this particular washing machine had a different kind of part, so he had to order a different one. He called to let me know that the wrong part came and he ordered the correct part. Then he came out and installed it. He did a good job and his price was reasonable.

We had a major leak in our washing machine just two months after the warranty expired. Jerry found the leak, ordered the replacement hose and repaired the washer... all within a week of my initial contact (and this was over the Christmas/New Year's holiday.) The work was completed before any other repair company was even going to be able to send some one out for diagnostics. He was very professional and always punctual. His prices were more competitive than anyone else we called. We will definitely use GL Sangrey in the future.

He does appliance repair (washers and dishwashers). He is very professional, through, honest and polite. He explains things to me so I know what is going on. He is very honest and has always been very upfront with me. He always communicates with me when he will be arriving. I have been using him for over 20 years. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Called when electric dryer was making an awful squealing noise even though it was still drying clothes. Sangrey Appliance came out within 2 days and provided on site review and repair. While here he cleaned out the dryer and the related venting and advised about our need to upgrade venting tubing. Not only is dryer quiet again, but it works more efficiently, safely and quickly. The night before he arrived we discovered the roof of our top oven was falling in. It was a formed piece that must have some type of clip up on the top side of it. After fixing the dryer we asked if he would take a look, which he did and then explained that there was not way to repair it like original, but that we could screw in some clips that would hold it back in place and it would be functional and safe. I happened to have some metal clips and some sheet metal type screws and he proceeded to put them in place. I should add that it was no easy task as it was the upper oven and you had to bend over backwards over the door, but he persisted and got the roof back in place and fixed it so it would stay. My wife and hence I were delighted and recommend G L Sangrey Appliance highly.

The company was very responsive. They answered my call and were able to send a repair person on a date/time that fit into my schedule (even though it was not on their schedule.) The repair person was on time for the first visit. He checked my dishwasher and figured out the problem. He didn't have the part, but worked with his office to get it. At the end of the first visit, he reviewed the bill so that I would know what the costs would be. The company called to confirm that the part was in and set up the return appointment. The repair person came and installed the part. The dishwasher works great!

This was as least painful as a repair could be. His secretary who answered the phone was so knowledgeable I thought she was the technician. She explained the minimum costs upfront, discussed possible scenarios of the breakdown and what they might cost to fix. The repairs went fine (see above), but the extra effort that got Sangrey Appliance Service CO the A rating was that afterwards I had commented that my dishwasher was not as effective as usual, and he took a few minutes to explain why, and possible solutions. This is a competent, skilled, and personable company, and I highly recommend them. I will certainly call them when my next major appliance needs help. Thanks Mr Sangrey!

The technician was great. He was on time, very professional, very thorough and explained everything. He took the time to work with the washing machine and find the true problem. He did not just try and sell us unneeded parts or service. The repair was even guaranteed for 30 days. We highly recommend this company!

I made the phone call and he was right there! He quickly fixed the problem and it still working. I even mentioned, off-hand that the knob on my stove didn't work, and he called me two days later with it in stock!

They provide excellent service. Our overall experience with them has been good.

Jerry the repairman was on time dressed very nicely was nice to talk to and very helpful, he is the only one who will ever work on my washer.
