I sent a message to this provider and did not receive a response. After a week of no response I called and was told that 1) they do not monitor Angie's list and 2) they do not serve my area, although it says on Angie's list that they do in fact serve this area.

I called him and he said that he doesn't service my area, even though his Angie's List profile states that he does.

The fence looks nice and seems very sturdy.

It went well. The workers were on time, knowledgeable (marble stairs), very neat, and very nice. The railing is lovely and very sturdy. Communiations went well throughout the process. i would use him again.

Responded, inspected and estimated, completed work satisfactorally and on time.

When I first contacted Bill as a result of seeing the positive reviews on Angie's List, he set up a date to come and provide an estimate. He showed up on time and provided an estimate an options as promised. I was pleasantly surprised by the estimate and decided to look no further. Bill did tell me he was very busy as a result of the positive reviews on Angie's List. While I told him I was in no major rush, I was a little afraid I would be left hanging. This was far from the case and the process went quicker than I expected. He even called me to discuss a decision we made and how it should be revised. He was right and I appreciated the fact that he put thought into the end result and reached out to me. The installation date was set and the team showed up right on time. The install went smoothly and the items look fantastic! I am very, very pleased!

No problems. In fact I have conracted them to install a more elaborate set of railings at my daughters home.

I called for an estimate on a repair of an iron gate, when I gave my address I was told and quot;we don't service west Phillyand quot;. I found the tone to be rude and very condescending, especially since they are listed as serving the Philadelphia area. PLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY IF YOU CAN!

Very nicely done and sure they will last for a long, long time. They were in a busy stretch of the season when I initially contacted them, and were not able to start on the job for a month, but I was in no rush. (Guess its better to get this kind of work done in the winter.) Very professional and friendly throughout. Highly recommended.

They were great and the quality of their work was fantastic. They restored porch railings that my grandfather had made years ago and added new sections to fit them to my porch. They also made new stair railings to match and blended the old with the new. They did the work and installed everything according to schedule. The real test was when my family came to visit. They were thrilled to see my grandfather's work shining again and have that piece of family history preserved.

On the day they came out it was a storm so it was dangerous for them to use their equipment. Then after they left I realized they hadn't cleaned up the complete mess so I called them and they were very arrogant so they said they weren't going to come out and fix it because it had been too long.

Very well. Ms Kurtz visited our home twice to help us with the selection process. She estimated about two weeks until installation and that actually occurred ahead of schedule. The installers arrived on time and completed the job in about two hours.

From start to finish it went very well. The sales person was a pleasure to deal with. The installers were very nice and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company.

I called Ms.Kurtz and she came out to the house and took a picture and did a sketch and faxed it to me. I was not able to be home. I told her that I needed the railings installed because someone was coming to stay after knee surgery. Ms. Kurtz sped up the job and got it done in a week. She was joy to deal with and totally lived up to the A ratings.

Fantastic. They returned my first call promptly. Was able to do the quote without my being home. They came out to measure and did not need me home. Went on their web site to pick out a design, so no time off from work was needed. When we made our final decision, then we meet with their representative. Was able to get what we wanted in less than two weeks after our meet date. Called five other companies. Two never even showed up for an appointment made. The other three were comparable in price. Choose Wm. Henry because of there courteous service and professionalism. I have had nothing but compliments of how beautiful the railing is. Thank you Wm Henry for a job very well done.

Carline, the sales rep, came out to measure and provide an estimate with a detailed drawing as to how the railing would appear, including the ornamentation. She said it would take between 6 and 9 weeks for installation and she expedited my order to meet a 6 week installation date. The installers were very neat and courteous and the railing is attractive and sturdy.
