Sam showed up on time to the estimate appointment, told me when he'd get me an estimate, and delivered it when he said he would. Once he started work I was impressed with the amount of progress made each day. He finished the project in the amount of time that he estimated it would take. I was confident that Sam knew what he was talking about from the moment I met him through the end of the job. Sam was very willing to discuss the details of the job with me, and took the time to make sure that I understood what he was doing, and that I was comfortable with it. On top of that, he handled obtaining the permit with the township and did a coating of stucco on the wall, both of which were extras to what was officially on the contract. If I need masonry work again Sam will be my 1st (and likely only) call. PS - I wasn't given a category to select. It made me pick basement waterproofing, this should really be under the masonry category.

It went very well. It was excellent work. I’m getting compliments from other contractors saying he did a good job. It was a good price but he did kind of make a mess but he said he would come back to power wash it.

They started the work on the promised date and completed within the schedule they set up. The work was of good quality. My only complaint was that they did not clean up the stucco droppings from my garage floor and in my driveway next to the wall they coated. I would use them again, but would talk to them about the clean-up.
