Description of Work: On Jan.8, 2014, the water pipes in the upstairs condo unit froze and burst resulting in a torrent of water pouring down into my utility closet, knocking out my gas water heater which was less than 2 years old. I called the warranty company and they referred me to Rossi Mechanical to fix the problem. Their technician came out the following Monday, ordered a part, installed the part Weds., said I needed another part which was ordered and installed on Fri. of that week. After over week's time, I still had no hot water. A different technician came out and said I had to have someone check the gas meter. I FINALLY called a company I have been personally using for years. Their technician checked everything,there was nothing wrong with the gas meter and within an hour, I had hot water..!!! I then received a bill from Rossi for approximately $500 for labor (parts were covered by the warranty). Since Rossi did not repair the problem, I refused to pay for work that was not done.

Description of Work: Provider did a spring maintenance check and replaced the filters on two (2) HVAC systems. They are by far the best HVAC company I have used in over 30 years of home ownership. Need I say more?
