No call/ no show to a confirmed appointment for estimate. Texted 4 -5 days later to see if we wanted to reschedule. This is NOT a professional or reliable way to conduct a business. Doesn't matter how good you might be or how many positive reviews you receive, there was NO reason not to contact a customer immediately when appointment can't be kept instead of just leaving them hanging.

I'm more than pleased with the results of Murphy's work. He was friendly, punctual, thorough and completed the job as promised with no mess. He communicated through text when scheduling the job and was kind enough to explain the in's and out's of what he was doing in laymen terms, which I appreciated. I'd defintely recommend him.

They never called me back

I'd say he did a great job with what he was given. I am not a professional drywall hanger and some of the corners needed a good amount of work. He is responded quickly and came out to give me an estimate. He arrived on time the day we agreed for the job to be done and it took him just over 8 hours to complete. He did all the work himself as well. He some clean up but not all of it and I am okay with that.

Went great. Bill came over quickly to give an estimate. He gave me a date to come do the work, showed up on time to start the project and finished everything in one day. Would recommend his work to others.

We are remodeling our master bedroom suite. We do almost everything ourselves. However, I don’t like to mud, tape and sand new drywall to prep it for paint. I received several estimates. After meeting with William Murphy and discussing the job, we hired him. His price was very fair and he started 2 days later. He and his assistant worked from 7:30 am to around 6:30 pm to complete the job in one day. They did a great job! The walls were very smooth and with only very minor spot sanding, I was able to start painting the rooms the next day. I have had three different companies mud and tape other rooms in our home but none of those companies did as good a job as Mr. Murphy. I am extremely happy with his work and will hire him again as we continue to remodel the rest of our house.

The job was completed in a time frame that was convienient to my schedule. Everything once completed was cleaned up and I did not feel that I was left having to do a thing. I have used contractors in the past that after the job was done, left alot of for me to clean up, trash, sweeping up debris etc.. My house was left meticulous after Reliable Drywall L.L.C. finished the job.
