Easy to schedule my house cleaning. They did a great job.

The people who came were friendly, got down to business, and cleaned my house better than I could ever do. I was having company the next week and feeling overwhelmed by the state of the house. After they left, I was proud to show off my house. Because I didn't have them do the bedrooms, they told me the amount I owed was less than what they had quoted. So, on top of everything else, they are honest!

They did an excellent job. I am very particular about the cleaning of my house and they did a great job on the carpets and overall house cleaning. I was very please with the staff. They were very professional. I will use them again.

The house looks great. They did a very thorough job in just 3 hours. We were very difficult clients when it came to scheduling the service, and they were extremely professional and patient. Definitely would use Maid to Perfection again.

Excellent job, fantastic staff, very friendly and professional. Managed to get up all my dog hair, the cleaners were very nice to my dogs and me.

Cannot speak highly enough with regards to the service and interaction. Two women arrived in time - both women were Incredibly thorough, professional and concerned with ensuring that I was entirely satisfied with the quality of service. I rate them and the company the highest recommendation possible.Work performed: Deep cleaned kitchen and bathrooms, floors and furniture in first/second floor of my son's duplex. They even cleaned the refrigerator, stove and cabinets! Place looked incredible after services were performed.

Great job by all. Plan to have them back again on a more regular basis. Cleaners were friendly and very thorough. They normally stay longer than needed to make sure that the job is done right.

Arrived promptly on time. When they got here we had a list of all of the specific things that we wanted cleaned (such as the range, carpets etc.). They told us that cleaning everything we wanted would take longer than the allotted 3 hours. I had assumed that if they took longer we would pay the difference, but they said that they were only supposed to be here for three hours. They finished the house in a very rushed fashion and cut corners to make it into the three hour time window.

DISASTER , DISASTER, DISASTER,! Would never use them even if it was for free! Carmen & Mary arrived 15 mins late when I left my office early to be there by 2 pm I showed them the areas to be cleaned which was my master bed ,kitchen & foyer & family room to be done las, time permitting. I I advised them to change my bed linens & put it in the washer so they would be dry ready to fold at the end of the shift in 2 hrs. Carmen was cocky throughout the visit & banged my marble & walls & did not want to be told what not to do. She gave me a hard time about changing the linens despite having asked Jen if they would do that & she informed me in fact they would do anything within the time constraints. I have a lot of expensive faucets etc & marble in the house & when I informed them that I did not want any chemicals being used on them as that would tarnish them , Carmen retorted if I was always so particular! I mentioned to her that every homeowner is diff & has their likes & dislikes & much as I appreciate the fact that they probably know their job , I was just letting them know of my preferences! Mary cleaned my bathroom & that was it as Carmen left to talk to her boss from her car for almost 20 mins After a while they both left leaving my house undone & only the bathroom cleaned in 45 mins I.e,1 1/2 hr for the2. Frank later called me & informed me that he would not send anyone else but would just refund me my money. WHAT ABOUT MY TIME & AGGRAVATION! Not to mention that I am a practicing Physician & had to leave work early to accommodate their work schedule as they do not work past 4 pm or on weekend ! IT MAKES ME WONDER AS TO WHO IS THE BOSS HERE!

WOW! Two ladies got here early, Very well spoken and professional. Started cleaning immediately and did not stop for 2 solid hours. I should have purchased a little extra time because I have a very large house, but they managed to clean it all. They also brought all their own supplies. Very reasonable price as well. The manager Jenn is very responsive. Next time I will purchase an extra hour and have them do my basement as well. Ask for Patrice and Lisa ! But I get them first!

It was good. I didn't give myself enough time with them. They were very good. They were very pleasant, the girls were really nice. They missed a couple of things but I think that was more because I didn't give them enough time. So I was happy, I would use them again. They were here somewhere around the 18th or 19th of November. There were no additional costs.

Great! This was my gift to self for Christmas. I decorated and they came in for the final Clean! They introduced themselves and were very pleasant and trustworthy.

Jennifer was responsive and pleasant to deal with in booking the services. The team showed up on time, but went south from there. They sighed and said the house was big (those details were in the booking). I had things being moved in late afternoon and asked them to start from the bottom and work up and was told that they don't do it that way, they work top down. The house completely empty. Midway through the appointment, 2 more cleaners showed up and bickering and complaining started between them and about their boss. By the time they were finishing the first floor, the movers arrived and they rushed to finish. Floors weren't clean, cabinets still had crumbs in them and many spots were missed. I didn't double-check their work before they left and trusted the work and review on Angie's List. It just was not my experience. After voicing my complaint, I got a call from the owner Scott who offered to send them on a different day. We were to begin house renovations and moving in, so it just would not be helpful at the current time. Scott extended the offer for when we were settled in which just took place. I tried booking and was offered 2 extra hours on a current Angies List deal that I would pay for and they would hope to get most of the house done. We played phone tag and by the time we connected, the one appointment available before the holidays was gone. Jennifer offered to book something into the new year but honestly if I'm going to pay for the service, I'll do it to one of the many other cleaning companies that didn't already cause headaches to work with.

Cleaners did a fantastic job cleaning for my Thanksgiving Day meal. Saved me alot of time. I will use them again

Frank and Mary did a great job cleaning my home. The office manager is always willing to make adjustments in my schedule and take care of special needs. Very pet friendly company. They always leave my house clean. I have another appointment scheduled with the same team shortly.

I needed help with housework after hand surgery. The women were punctual, professional, brought their own supplies, and made best use of time contracted. I was pleased with the job they did overall.

Two cleaners came, and they did a great job. They were on time and great with my dogs. Their work was very thorough and left my house spotless. Scheduling was easy. Would recommend, and will use them again.

I used Maid to Perfection. They start off good and then go down hill very quickly.

Purchased the deal of 3 hours of cleaning for $99, according to their information they service "Montgomery" county which is where I live. I received a message from Jennifer saying I dont live in their service area..... kind of confused because I live in Montgomery County.

They do a fantastic job cleaning my house. They are great with my dogs. They always treat my knick knacks with care when they move them to dust them. The team brings their own cleaning products which always do a great job. I will use them again.

meThey did what they were supposed to do, but some things were done more superficially than thoroughly. This was during the holiday season, and they appeared to be in a hurry to get to another job or finish the day. I would hire again, but would first try others to see if we could find someone like we use now in NJ.

They have been cleaning for me for a few months and they do a good job. I have them come bi-weekly. They are responsive to any issues and are friendly to deal with. I am happy I went with this company and will continue doing business with them for years to come.
