Maid to Perfection

Everything went well, Girls were on time and extremely polite. Very satisfied and will definitely hire again, in fact they are coming again next month!

Me and my wife were getting over whelmed with our new addition to our family and needed to hire a house cleaning service. I've heard good things about Maid to Perfection and decided to give them a call-- this ended up being the best call I could of maid. They have been coming once a week for a month now and our place has never looked better. Excellent staff, very friendly, and priced reasonably.

While I often have new individuals, they are always considerate of my house, courteous, and trustworthy. Some individuals perform better than others but I've had few complaints over 3 years of service. I definitely recommend their service to anyone hesitant to allow strangers in their home.

Initial 3 visits were not as thorough as I would have liked. After speaking to Jennifer- the owner - she changed the cleaning crew and things have been "spot-on" and good ever since. Would recommend again.

The first time the girls showed up promptly and were very nice. Seemed as everything was going fine. I looked around quickly before they left but not real close. The house smelled clean. As they were pulling out, noticed many things not done, including the toilet and dusting. Matt's hadn't been vacuumed and a few other things. I took pictures and sent to Jennifer and she was immediately responding and said that she would send our her best team next time and no charge. AS well as she would personally come by for the white glove test. Next cleaning, one person showed up, Kelly. She immediately had an attitude. Not exactly sure what she did for an hour and 20 minutes. (which I found interesting as my house isn't ever really dirty but it took two people 2 hours last time and only one this time to do the work? hmm and in less time) I had to ask her is she was vacuuming my down stairs, which she huffed about having to do. I went upstairs and that is when I lost it, Kitchen wasn't touched, My matts weren't vacuumed at all and when I asked her if she was doing them, she said, wait for it.... My Vacuum isn't made to do matts! WHAT! I replied- Funny, the girls last time had no issues and have that vacuum and I OWN THAT VACUUM and do it all the time. She just didn't want to do it. Nothing was dusted well. I can Swiffer myself, don't need to pay someone to do that. Hardwood floors were only vacuumed and not Bruce'd. There was still soap residue on the shower walls. There was so much that wasn't done, its not even possible to write it all. Needless to say, I had to clean after my cleaning and that totally defeats the purpose of hiring someone. HORRIBLE! I would like to know where all the A+ ratings come from and what peoples expectations are of how things should be because I certainly didn't get that service and NOR did Jennifer come out for a white glove test! Would not recommend at all! Oh and as Kelly left, she mumbled something under her breath and I am sure it wasn't nice! I also noticed, that on the website, it states they have a 72 point check list they cover every time. NO where does it show that list. Interesting as other sites I have looked into has what is to be expected and that shows Accountability, there is nothing on their site that can hold them accountable as to the job they are paid to do!

Scheduled 5 hours of "whole house" cleaning and the company sent two people. I stayed home the entire time to help explain what I wanted done and what areas I wanted them to focus on. My main pain points were the bathrooms, kitchen floor and hardwood floors. I said I wanted the most time spent in the bathrooms really cleaning the glass shower doors and the tracks. I also said I needed the kitchen floor mopped and the hardwood floors completely polished since I do not have time to always get to that besides just swiffering. I explained all this on the phone before they came out to my house. My main issues for a poor rating - the 2 employees only spent 2.5 hours at my house. That's all it took for them to do the work as my house is usually kept clean. I was told we could reschedule another visit later to make good on the other 2.5 hours. the problem is, the company has not responded or made good on that promise. Also, the master bathroom that I asked have the most attention spent, still had a dirty shower track and their were footprints on the tile where they has just mopped. The hardwood floors barley looked like they were cleaned and the kitchen floor barley looked clean. I could have just saved my money and done it myself.

I purchased the 3 hours of cleaning from Angie's List for $99 with the intent to have my kitchen thoroughly cleaned in a professional manner. I wasn't present for the cleaning but I expected to come home and be amazed, unfortunately what I found was average at best. Perhaps the 3 hours I purchased wasn't enough time to accomplish what I was expecting, but it wasn't hard to spot parts of each room that we're not even touched. Dusty blinds, the baseboards of each room weren't cleaned, the stove was hardly touched, the tub wasn't as clean as I could have done myself. This may indeed be the case that I was expecting too much, but I really wanted to be blown away by the level of quality and I wasn't at all. Also, the cleaners we're scheduled to arrive between 10:30-11:30 (I don't understand why they needed a 1 hour buffer for arrival?) and didn't show up until near noon. I think the next time I want a spring cleaning I'll do it myself.

Had them over a few times over the course of the year. They did a great job and seemed to be flexible with scheduling the cleaning. Would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Excellent. Baseboards, floors, windows, carpets, kitchen and bathrooms were all thoroughly cleaned. The estimate was based on a team of two needing one or more full days to complete the job, they finished in half a day and the price was adjusted down to reflect that. The workers were friendly, efficient and thorough. I would highly recommend their services and plan to use them again.

The company was very responsive and quick to schedule an appointment. We had two women come to clean the house and they were on time, friendly, and professional. The house looked (and smelled!) great when they left - we were very happy with the results! They even emptied the wastebaskets in our bedrooms and bathroom and folded a few pieces of clothing that were left in the bathroom, all of which we were not expecting to have done. We would definitely use this company again. Thank you!

The house looks great, and I am happy with the cleaning experience. However, when they left, the kitchen faucet was leaking, which it wasn't before. I notified them shortly after. The woman I spoke with said she would call back. A few hours later, I got a call back from the owner. He said he asked his staff about it, and they claimed that they didn't do anything that would have caused the faucet to be damaged. He said it wasn't his responsibility to repair it. I confirmed that he was bonded and insured. I offered to have him get a plumber to look at it and he could pay his own plumber, but he declined. I told him I would get a plumber to look at it to let me know if it was an existing issue or if was from recent trauma. I want him to take responsibility for this problem and cover the cost of the plumber if it is clearly new damage, compared to an old washer that gave out.

This is a rental property that I own and my current tenant just moved out. I wanted to get the place looking clean and fresh and that included a carpet cleaning. Jennifer at Maid to Order was friendly and extremely accommodating as to scheduling and Frank (thecleaner) arrived promptly and cheerfully to do the work. I should mention that my former tenant had a rather large, hairy dog and the whole place was full of dog hair (but that's nother story).After Frank left, we noticed a fair amount of dog hair around the edges of the MBR carpet, which we guessed must have been pulled up from the carpet during cleaning and pushed to the side by the machine. So I called Jennifer and she was right on it. No extra charge, no defensive comments, just a quick, "When would you like us to come back?" And they did. Not only cleaned up the residue, but added another round of carpet freshener (to all 3 rooms) at no charge. And I bought this service at a discount!! Plus, at no point in the experience did they try to upswell me anything (which I was kind of expecting). Honestly, there are a lot of carpet cleaning services out there that could take lessons from these people!! Great price, cheerful service, top-drawer quality and they stand behind their work. You'd be crazy to use anyone else!
