The team was punctual and professional and they did a great job. We have both dogs and cats who are h****** carpets, so the carpets were pretty dirty! They carpets looked great when they were done and I would use them again.

I have to admit, my windows were pretty dirty and the team at Maid to Perfection did a great job at getting them back in shape. The glass sparkles and the window frames are dirt-free. I had this same company do my carpets about a month ago and was happy with that, so I decided to have them back to do my windows and I don't regret that I did.

They came out twice to my house! The first time (4/2/2015) I told them everything that needed to be done! The girls understood! They asked were to start and obviously I said from the second floor to the first! They said 2 hours and I said "yes". Well not thinking they were gonna take their time in doing the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and one bathroom was pretty much cleaned, vacuum , dust and very small laundry room!!! They didn't have to make any beds, one bedroom was just dust and vacuum and the Master bedroom same dust, vacuum and clean the master bathroom. They vacuumed the steps !! 2 HOURS UPSTAIRS!! I still don't know how! Then they came and told me they were leaving!! They were done and that time was up!! I never had someone come and do half a job and leave!! I was very upset! They knew it too. I called Jennifer and told her I was really upset with her company and that I will never call them again!! So told my husband and he called them several times. finally the guy answered and said he would send someone back to finish. It took 3 weeks for them to come back out. Today!! Came home today and they started on the first floor cause they never did it the last time! So I figured they work from bottom to top. Well they never moved the hall rugs to clean the wood floors, the ran the Bono around the rugs! You can see they went around. The Kitchen not touched. The granet tops not done. I was not here to babysit them to see what they did. It is such a shame that it is so hard to find good workers!! This was the first time time and the last time I will use this company!! Make sure you ask them what they are gonna do and watch them. If time is the essence then they need to move faster to get the work done!! That's how they get you by sending you people that don't care about their job or the company they work for!! I don't like writing bad reviews but this was not what I expected to get for my money!! They need to come to the house and see what needs to be done and tell you if they can do it in that time frame!!

They are very customer focused, and ensure that they come when promised, but are happy to change the schedule. The cleaners do vary but are friendly and can clean rooms any order, as I sometimes work at home or one of us is home sick. I have been a customer of Maid to Perfection for many years now. I am very happy with their service.

I used them one time but they missed several things and I have not gotten back to them yet. Overall we will probably never use the again because they missed things right off the bat. They were courteous and quite. They did a pretty good job. I probably would recommend them but you have to be clear on what you want them to clean. They told me on the phone what they do.

Jennifer was very responsive for answering questions, scheduling, etc. The 2 staff that arrived were professional & courteous and did a great job. The were able to get everything done on my list, including a few additional things they pointed out. I was happy with the service.

He was supposed to have a helper but she called in sick and so he did it by himself and did a fantastic job. Some of the areas that needed attention were calcified faucets due to heavy water. He removed an amazing amount of this so my faucets looked like new. He also did a very thorough cleaning of the spaces I asked him to do, including several basement rooms. He was excellent and I would recommend him highly. I had one other cleaning by this business last year and that went very well also. I would recommend using Maid to Perfection in my area.

Maid to Perfection were wonderful people. My interactions with them were lovely. They told me they would honor this deal if I ever needed it in the future. Things have changed and I don't need the deal, but I would definitely use them in the future if I needed.

Working with Jennifer and her business was a great experience, from beginning to end! Everyone I interacted with was professional and reliable. The service was exactly what I was looking for, and I will definitely use them again and will recommend to friends! A++

Professional, on-time and a great job. Communication was great; I needed to re-schedule and it was easy to find a new time. Will be contracting with them for bi-weekly cleanings. I am so looking forward to coming home from work and having a clean house!

Maid to Perfection did a fabulous job cleaning my summer home. We use the house ourselves, but we also rent it, and by the end of the season, it needs a good 'deep clean'! (I can keep it ok between weekly rentals.) They were very professional and thorough - cleaning all appliances, wiping down cabinets and in all the corners and crevices! I will use them again.

Initially I perceived a problem but it was my problem, not theirs!

Jennifer was excellent! My home was cleaned in 4 hours, I used this service as a gift, it really helped get my home ready for the holidays. Great value for quality of work performed. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Several things were overlooked by new person, in hindsight we should have inspected those areas more closely. Prices were competitive & the all of the folks we talked with very professional.

Everything was good except the floor wasn't properly. I would expect more.

We were promised two Maid To Perfection maids to clean our home in preparation for a small gathering of friends (7 guests) the following evening. I had spent the entire day before moving things and straitening up so the maids could easily access the areas in need of cleaning. The maids would have no need to move anything to get to our floors or furniture, or bathroom fixtures. When the promised time of service arrived, no maids! Eventually via phone they said they would be late. Finally, one maid arrived to say that the original two maids had problems with their car. So, this one maid was going to do my entire home by herself. That would not be a problem if she had spent 4 or more hours cleaning my home, but she finished up in just 2 1/2 hours. I looked around and didn't see any glaring problems so I paid her and said "goodbye". When my wife got home from an out-of-state funeral later that night, she immediately noticed things I hadn't seen. Brass lamps and their lampshades were fully dusty. Our computer desk was largely un-dusted except for the easy-to-see area toward the front. Baseboards and chair-rails were not dusted. There were leaves and other debris still on the entry-way rug in our foyer, and the foyer hardwood flooring was only partially dusted. Everything seems to have been gone over quickly instead of a thorough cleaning. For what we paid I expected much more. There is a difference between a good cleaning and simply hiding things or brushing dirt under the rug. The next night (after the party) we were cleaning up and my wife decided to run a Swiffer over the kitchen floor. We certainly didn't expect a clean floor after a party... even a small Party. But what we didn't expect to see was a large amount of DUST on the Swiffer pad. Supposedly our maid had just steam cleaned our kitchen floor! I have attached photos of the actual Swiffer pads my wife used. That much dust just isn't possible after only 24 hours!

They were good. I spent about $160. It turned out great. I think they were very personable, they showed up on time, there was no idling and they were professional.

My 94 year old father has his house cleaned every 2 weeks. Excellent job. Very satisfied.

The team is always punctual and professional. They do a great job of cleaning my 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house. I like that it's the same team each week as my dogs know them and trust them. I definitely recommend Maid to Perfection!

In initial meeting, the manager who came to see our home and assess the job scope was impressive and said all the right things, At the first cleaning, I spent time with the 2 ladies who arrived to clean my home, showing them where everything was, etc. the cleaning was well done and the people were pleasant and professional. For the second cleaning, different people showed up and I spent more time reviewing the job with them. The second team was also pleasant and professional. When a different team showed up the third time, I decided to cancel the service. The workers were fine- the scheduling was terrible.

Overall, they were just ok. They weren’t as thorough as I would have liked, so I decided to hire a different company.
