Maid to Perfection

they were excellent and will definitely use them again for other services. they were punctual, courteous and friendly. and, the did fantastic work. very nice people who work hard and give you value for what you buy. they obviously take pride in their work and in their company.

A team of two arrived at my house, they got right to work. Light objects were moved out of the way so the carpet could be cleaned, furniture was not moved, which was expected and acknowledged. The team did a great job, there were some stains eliminated that were really old. I didn't expect the carpets to be as clean as they were. There are still some lingering spots but those have been there since before we moved in. I would recommend this service, team and company for anyone looking to have their house cleaned.

Team came out and spent the most of the day in my home. Two individuals worked on my windows, one did the clean. Great job! They did my windows tracks sills and screens inside and out. First time I have ever had my windows done. They look amazing. Nice to be able to see out of them again. They also offered to do the gutters but I held off at this time. Clean was also great. Bathrooms, Kitchen and bedrooms look fantastic.

They are always courteous and arrive on time. They got rid of all of my dog hair on my furniture. Anything was great.

Work went very well. They came out on time and did an excellent job. The company is very good about working with your specific needs. I give them special jobs when they come out by leaving a list.

Mary and Dee came out and did an amazing job on my residence. I had asked for them to scrub my tile and grout for which there was an extra charge however it looks great. They also took my blinds down and cleaned them and hung them back up. Each time they come, I ask them to do special tasks for which they are very accommodating. Thank you.

Great job on cleaning and hard wood floors. They came out and waxed my floors and also did a general cleaning. They bring all of their own products however I have them use my granite cleaner. They did an amazing job!

Job well done. The crew came out and did what they call a deep clean and it went great. They started with the upstairs and worked through the entire house. Dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms all look great. Office manager is great about understanding the needs of the client. At the end, the team leader does a walk through to make sure everything is to your liking. Will use again..

The team that came out did an exceptional job on my home. They were very courteous. They always send the same team. One thing that I particularly like about this company is that they are very comfortable with my dogs. Apparently, they hire with this in mind (making sure that who they hire like animals). They did a great job on my bathrooms and kitchen especially. Jennifer, the office manager is always accommodating with adjustments in my schedule.

First time deep clean. This was the first time I used this company and I am very pleased with their attention to detail. I had them do the entire house. The two team members were very friendly and worked very hard especially in the bathrooms and kitchen. They actually moved items and did a great job on dusting. I intend on using them on an ongoing basis. I like that they bring all of their own supplies but you can have them use something of your own if you would like.

Did not go well. Surface cleaning only and many surfaces were not even done. Had to spend at least an hour on the days that they came to clean the things they missed. I had them come 3 times and explained what I did not like from the previous cleaning but it still wasn't done since they send different people each time they come. I had to stop using them because it was too frustrating to spend money on poor service.

Did all of my windows inside and out. They look great. Currently use them for my general cleaning also. Super job, they really needed it.

Overall, I am happy with the service that was completed and the responses to my feedback. The cleaning team arrived on time and explained what they'd be doing. They started on our top floor and then had us inspect the cleaning. There were a few misses, one of which we brought up to the team. Once they completed the bottom floor they left. I did later notice that underneath our sofa had not been cleaned. I also noticed things weren't put back where they were when they were dusted under (ex. our baby monitors are at a specific angle at the front of a small bookshelf. They were put back against the wall once the dusting was completed). Jennifer addressed my concerns and none of them were deal breakers. Overall the team was polite, quick, and provided a great starting point to our future cleanings.

I had Maid To Perfection come out for my maintenance clean. They did an excellent job. I will use them again. They same two team members came out and they were extremely friendly and professional.

This cleaning was for a graduation party. We had forgot to contact a service in preparation for this party. They were able to work within our time frame. A true lifesaver. Perfect job, friendly people at a reasonable charge. I would and will be using them again.

Excellent job, I' m very pleased with Maid To Perfection. This company also did a great job with my house cleaning. They cleaned my carpets throughout my entire house. Great value for the price. Individuals were friendly and professional and the carpets look great. I have two dogs and a cat so they really needed them.

AMAZING JOB! I had Maid To Perfection out to perform a deep cleaning for my home and it's never looked better. The girls were professional and very courteous. They arrived when they said they would be there. They worked especially hard in my kithcen and bathrooms. My tub looks amazing. I just scheduled a standing weekly cleaning appointment with Jennifer the office manager who is also very accomodating. The company also did my carpets, windows and hardwood floors which I will report back in a different entry.

Service was not provided as scheduled. Multiple providers, including the owner, came out and took away time from cleaning and I ultimately had to schedule a different provider to properly clean my home.

Great job with a spring cleaning. Full deep clean of kitchen, bathrooms, and windows. The girls were very nice and thorough, also cleaned carpets and waxed hardwood flooring. I would definitely recommend this cleaning service!
