+ 0 moreJohn Pera is a sweet guy, his laborers were professional and they completed the job as described. There are a couple of imperfections on the floor, so I would give him a B+, but overall it was very positive. Did not price the job with other bids, so can't grade the cost.
Description of Work: Refinished hardwood floors in kitchen, pantry and back stairs. Sanded, no repairs required, 2 coats of polyurethane. Used a dust suction system that was incredibly impressive, we had virtually no dust.

+ -1 moreJOHN AND HIS WORKERS WERE ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN THE TIME QUOTED. THEY RETURNED TWICE TO REAPPLY VARNISH AND DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.
