+ -1 moreGATEWAY NEEDS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MORE TIMELY REPAIRS. TWO WEEKS IS TOO LONG TO WAIT FOR REPAIRS. I ASKED IF THEY COULD SPEED UP THE PROCESS FOR REPAIR AND THE ANSWER WAS THAT WE WILL TRY OUR BEST.
Description of Work: I TOOK MY COMPUTER TO GATEWAY FOR REPAIR AND I RECEIVED A CALL THAT THE FAN WAS MALFUNCTIONING. GATEWAY WILL HAVE THE COMPUTER FOR 2 WEEKS. THE PART WAS ORDERED AND I AM NOW WAITING FOR IT TO BE INSTALLED, COMPUTER IS UNDER WARRANTY.
