The new roof ended up OK, but the process of getting there was painful. The crew who removed the old roof damaged a portico, a porch balustrade, and the garden. (Yes, some garden damage is hard to avoid in roof installations, but the head of the company repeatedly told me the workers would be sooo careful. They weren't.) Several days, when workers were supposed to be here, they weren't, and on one day when they weren't supposed to be here, they showed up. After the old roof was removed, it took almost two months for the roof to be finished.

The roof leak was diagnosed and repaired in the blink of an eye. No further leakage has been observed through days of soaking rain. The painting was outstanding, done with precision and with total cleanup measures in record time.

Once it was determined that I needed a whole new roof Dave sent an estimate and got me scheduled quickly. The work was done in sweltering heat and his staff worked without a complaint. Each night I came home to a very clean work site. The roof is beautiful and I now of peace of mind whenever it rains. I have referred a few friends to them and I will definitely be contacting them when I’m ready to install siding on the house.
