ARONSON ROOFING

Following meeting with estimators from several roofing contractors, I decided to work with Avi Aronson who I had done some small prior repairs for me. I had some hesitations because he did not list as high as other roofing contractors on Angies' list and other lists. Now, I am very happy of my decision to work with him and his team. I was very impressed by everyone, with a high fives for Phil. The roof, new soffits, new fascia and some new siding were installed very professionally with no damage to plants or shrubs. At the end, the property was cleaned of any nails or debris. The skylight installation was delayed by the unexpected discovery of a very serious water damage to one wall. The wall and a section of the roof had to be removed and rebuilt. This unexpected situation was addresses with amazing rapidity and the entire structure was rebuild within 24h thanks to the skills of a very experienced carpenter, Dave, who works with Avi whenever projects involve substantial carpentry work. (the refinishing of the inside wood panelling will be handled separately). In brief, I was really impressed to see a complicated project completed so well and with so little stress for me. The price for the roof work was very good by comparison with other offers. The price for the rest was a little more difficult to evaluate since I had no comparative for the unexpected work, but I believe it was good.
