I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail.

Had work done to fix stuck casement window in kitchen. Paid fee for visit / final estimate (refundable if it came in over initial), authorized work and left deposit for part I was told was needed for repair. Technician was able to get the window open but needed another part to fully repair cranking mechanism. Was told office would call with price for the additional part and paid the amount due based on the original final estimate. Office did not contact me - called and was told technician would call me. To date (has been almost two weeks) neither technician nor office have called back. Stopped by the office in Edison to try to speak with someone - no one there and was told it was essentially a mail drop. As of now out the money with an open window and no idea as to whether it can be fixed.

I changed the 11 window glass. The price is not cheap but the job is good. they are very professional, that is why I like them.

Not well. They were here about 30 minutes and did virtually nothing for the 500.00 they charged us. When Ardmor previously performed this window reconditioning service, they sanded the window, took it apart and replaced the parts with new. The "technician" only sprayed the window, put in two screws to keep the upper sash from falling and installed a new lock and 2 pulls. It was a complete rip off. When I questioned them, the supervisor told me they did what they were supposed to do, even though he was not present. The technician was confrontational and not helpful. AVOID!

Wonderful - for the estimator to the installer - everything went smoothly without any issues. Would highly recommend Ardmor, Inc.

From our initial call we couldn't be happier. Everyone, from the representative who first came to our home to evaluate the project and give us advice, to the technician who came to measure and finally to the installers were top notch professionals. The entire staff was knowledgeable, professional and respectful. Everyone gets an A+>

Everything went flawlessly. Great support from the office staff, competitive price, prompt efficient installation.Installers arrived right on time and did the work in the allotted time frame. They were efficient and professional. I would definitely use ARDMOR again for window repair our replacement.

We recently had windows repaired and installed by Ardmor. We were very satisfied with all the repairs and the sliders they installed look great. I had to have my windows replaced because condinsation got between the window pains cause the glass to discolor. The guys came out and replaced these windows so they are clear again. I had to have three windows replaced. Great job.

Communicating was easy; scheduling prompt; service excellent.

Very well. Serviceman was very good and clean. Took a little longer to get the glass than I would have expected.

The service was pretty good but they had to come back to do some adjustments.

We signed the contract with ARDMOR to install one new window in our family room. But they failed the inspection three times. All because they didn’t follow the framing plan and inspection procedures. And at the end they asked more money for "additional traveling to job site" to finish the job. We wrote the e-mail to the company CEO to complain for paying the extra money, but never got the answer back. We don’t trust this company and we won’t recommend them.

A bit slow and complicated due to the nature of the window size and I needed to keep on top of the office concerning the install date. Initially it was to be towards the end of August and didn't occur until the third week of September. Communication could be improved in the office, but Jen was responsive when called. However, the install crew were polite, professional, and efficient. They definitely deserve the praise. They were neat, cleaning the job site between visits and after job completion. They did an amazing, beautiful job! Thanks Ardmor for a job well done!

They did excellent work repairing several windows with fogged glasses and rotted wood sashes. The technicians worked hard for eight straight hours. They even painted the new wood sashes. The finished windows look beautiful and match with the existing one exactly. I would hire them again if any of our other windows need repair in the future!

We replaced some 40 yo windows on the first floor and repaired the crank mechanism on 3 Pella casement windows. The job took a bit longer than expected but the techs stayed until 8pm to get the job done since the weather was supposed to be rainy the next day. My new windows look beautiful.

Excellent. I received a visit to see what needed to be done, followed by an estimate for the job. The men came on the date and time arranged to do the work. Cleaned up after themselves and the job was great. They prevented me from having to replace the windows.

Andrei Melnyk is not an independent craftsman but works for a large corporation which a) doesn't do small jobs and b) doesn't work in Brooklyn. Should not be listed under window repairs for Brooklyn

Everything went great from quote to installation. We were happy with the price for the work.

I brought this company in because I had previous experience with their fixing fogged insulated glass picture windows along with some rotted window framing. That job totally exceeded my expectations because of their restoration efforts. They are incredibly conscientious! This job again exceeded my expectations. The service person, ALEX, was terrific. His work was excellent, and that comes from a very fussy person who is hard to satisfy. I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! So if you have a potential glass and/or frame repair issue, this company fits the bill--way cheaper than total replacements!!!

They were on time and the service was very good. I had another company quote the job and Ardmor was significantly less.

Every appointment was kept, with reminders sent the day before. Quote for scope of the project was clearly stated and I was sent the invoice with various forms of payment accepted, including online payment which was very convenient. Their team did the work exactly as promised and on time. Prices were very reasonable and they were one of the only companies I spoke to whom also were willing to do window repairs as well, most others ONLY did full window replacement. Their office administrator Jen was on top of everything and was a pleasure to deal with. Very happy with their work and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Installers did a great and professional job.

Project went very smoothly. Had purchased the $279 for Fogged or Broken Insulated Glass Replacement Deal. Scheduling went very smoothly and installers were very punctual. Window looks great!
