Description of Work: Replaced an oversized piece of glass (approx 5' x 6'). Also replaced a pane in a window where the landscaper hit the window with a stone (approx. 15" x 32"). |It appears they did a good job. They put everything back in place. And cleaned the glass!

Our priority is to be the best, make our customers happy and satisfied with our service. Our record shows, that you purchased Big Deal on Angie's list. Deal was for 4 hours of labor of restoring rotten wood. In the Big Deal conditions said, that we will charge our regular hourly rate, if project require more then 4 hours. Our tech team had 3 visits to work on your project, and they spend extra hours to complete your project. In your invoice we broke down all extras. As you can see in your invoice, we only charged you for materials and 2 hours extra hours of labor. Work was approved by you personally, otherwise our team would not leave until you are satisfied.
