Description of Work: After purchasing the service, I was contacted promptly by company to schedule an appointment for consultation. Received a very fair estimate for the repairs needed. I feel they did not inflate the price to cover the discounted services that I have already purchased. The actual work is scheduled for later next month.

Description of Work: For a large, old, 12 pane bow window, they scraped out the old, unsightly beading on 48 (12 panes x 4 sides each) junctures of the glass and wood, and then handcut, primed, and mitered the 48 pieces of wooden glazing beads and installed them with tiny nails. It looks so nicely finished with the straight edges and well-done mitering. So much nicer than if it would have just been caulked. They were very patient and accommodating. Cleaned up perfectly and a pleasure to have at my home. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Assessed and measured 2 windows. Came out on time. Was to the point, did not oversell their company services, like others do.Was able to pay deposit online. However windows not yet installed, the reason for n/a on the quality question as I am going on vacation this week. But they have been notified and willing to set up a date convenient for the both of us. Will give grade on quality and final service once installation is completed.
