Description of Work: I had to replace a 2nd story window and they were by far least expensive. However the installers are young and somewhat unprofessional but very nice and diligent. I would highly recommend them so 1st floor work but be weary of work on higher floors where they would need a ladder.

Description of Work: Replaced an oversized piece of glass (approx 5' x 6'). Also replaced a pane in a window where the landscaper hit the window with a stone (approx. 15" x 32"). |It appears they did a good job. They put everything back in place. And cleaned the glass!

Description of Work: They replaced a small cracked thermopane window. I responded to an "reduced price" offer through Angie's List (that indicated this was up to a $600 value) - the offer was to replace any such window for $299 that was cracked or fogged - but there would be an extra charge if it was more than 5 square feet, which mine was. They came out to estimate the job very promptly and initially quoted me a much lower price. I pointed out that I had already pair Angie's List the $299 so they changed the quote to $299. The job was done well, and I have no complaints about that aspect, but I feel that the price was not very good and I do not plan to accept any further offers for specials from Angie's list.

Description of Work: Purchased a replacement insulated window. First, they physically came to measure and check the type of glass used for the original window. Then, about two weeks later, returned for the installation. Both young men were professional and conscientious in performing their tasks. The installer was knowledgeable and detail-oriented. He removed the entire window from the casement to disassemble the frame and gasket for removal of the old glass and installed the new glass. Once reassembled, he did a little touch paint and caulk and put the window back into the casement. I was very pleased with all aspects of the job and would recommend them.

Description of Work: They were great!!! Clean neat did a great job replacing my window which was a difficult window to replace it was tempered glass large and a palladium window no company wanted to touch this window. Ardmore came replaced and did a better job than the original manufacturing .

Description of Work: They repaired and replaced rotting wood around three windows. One of the windows needed repair inside and out. They did great work, thoroughly cleaned the work area when they were done and were very friendly and courteous throughout the process.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job from start to finish. A careful estimate was done ahead of time and the final bill was exactly what the estimate said it would be. Very nice efficient and skilled people did the whole job in a single day. I recommend them highly if you want a window or in my case a group of windows in a "greenhouse" type extension of my library repaired instead of replaced.

Description of Work: The company was very nice and scheduled a service call for October 8th, their soonest available. In the meantime, the window that was in need of repair that is in a spare room totally crashed thru the rotted wood sill and will need total window replacement. Since we are in a deed-restricted community, we need to purchase new windows from a pre-approved vendor so the sill repair coupon/deal that I purchased will not work out. Thank you.
